High blood pressure is the silent killer. I was hypertensive for years. Finally started going to a doctor and now my blood pressure is normal but I feel exactly the same. Silent. Killer.
I ended up having a stroke last year, BP was always a bit on the high side but didnāt notice that it had gone up to WTF/OMG until it was too late. I sincerely hope the numbers he gives are just a joke and not his actual condition!

Iām not saying it COVID causes itā but for people who are already standing close to the edge, the body stress from COVID is that push they donāt want.

Seriously though, I'm a chubby dude with one kidney (they help regulate bp) and a coffee habit and my bp is better than his.
