Can’t speak for the ear piercings but nipple piercings take quite a while to heal. Mine were sore for about 6 weeks and had some discharge. If you need nipple stimulation, I’d say avoid it for a bit. But as long as you can go without the stimulation, go for it. The biggest thing is just keeping the piercing clean and giving them time to heal
