Stick it in slightly wet soil or put it in water until roots have grown. If you choose to propagate in water I would remove the last leaf down at the stem.

Thank you!

You are welcome! Good luck with the little plant!

You can propagate that cutting in water with rooting hormone to be more successful. I recommend you to read this [guide](https://www.thegardenstyle.com/succulents/propagating-succulents-in-water/)

I’ve propagated jade by just leaving a leaf on wet soil, they’re made to reproduce from broken bits. Rioting powder is not necessary, though it may speed things up.

Mix up a small pot of soil and leave dry. Take that bottom leaf off. Make a hole in the soil with your finger. Put plant in making sure where that leaf was taken off is under the soil. Backfill hole a bit. If this just broke off plant, leave soil dry a few days to a week. If it’s been that long already, go ahead and water. Plant should root just fine. Good luck 🍀👍🏼

Just shove it in the soil, those succulents grow roots in practically any part of their bodies

Repot it

SheDevilGaming

I’m not entirely familiar with the best practice for propagating specific succulents, they can vary quite drastically in their preferred methods. As some have said you can repot directly in soil, or other have said let it root in water. From my experience, I have tended to let the plant callus over for a few days. Even a week. Succulents are hard to kill imo (but I still have. NTS: don’t put a succulent in the bathroom. Mine exploded). Let the callus form and then plant directly in soil. I also prefer to bottom water succulents 90% of the time to reproduce the natural desert environment. Succulents would get most of their water from below ground as opposed to rain.
