Do you have the right power cord for it?
I had a similar problem and it turned out that I was using the incorrect cord so it wasn’t getting sufficient power
As far as I know it’s the same cord that I had been using since I got it. I have moved a couple times so it’s possible it got mixed up. I’ll look into it though. Thanks!
P.S. It does the same thing when I hold the power button down.
