Sign into the account, find the “Account Management” settings and change your email address.

I changed it to the email I want to use and it says it’s already in use by an account. I can sign in to the account under the NEW email, but does this mean I have to delete the account to use the New email?
Yes! A guy in this thread told me how to do it. You have to sign into ur account online and go to account management settings and then change it. Dunno if you still need it but there you go!
I do thank you! So once you switched the email, did you keep all your stuff? I’m a little scared to switch it because I don’t want to lose my game progress and videos.
Yep! I got to keep all my stuff. It was a while ago so my memory is a bit off but Im pretty sure the only thing is you have to confirm something through the old email
Hey it’s me again, so do you happen to know if the date of birth on your PlayStation account and the date of birth on your email were the same?
Im just wondering if that effects anything because the account my dads email is on used to be his, but he gave it to me, and I have no idea what he entered the date of birth as on the account, and naturally my email has a different date of birth so I just don’t know if the email you use on your psn account also has to have the same date of birth as the date of birth on your psn account?
Im guessing probably not, but I just don’t know for sure

Online as in the PlayStation website or PlayStation help. Maybe if you go onto the ps3 itself, into the settings and the account/account management you’d be able to change it. I don’t know anything about the ps3 settings wise tho

Same situation here LMAO been using my dad's email
Makes it worse I’m borderline no contact with him… now I just had to text him to have him verify his email for my EA account..

If you don't have access to the current email you will have to call them. If you have access its pretty simple.

Probably you did something wrong? Either that or you signed in into a different existing account
The old email i used doesn't exist anymore, is there a way i can change the email on that account? I can't sign into it at all
I believe you can but I’m not 100% sure. It was a while ago that I changed the email…
Yup I just changed mine. You have to call PlayStation support and they’ll fix it for you

I’m not sure about ps3 but I don’t see why not. I think you’d have to go online and change the email to yours. You shouldn’t lose data or anything
