You want low attack IVs for UL so this might be one of the best you can get without trading. So as long as you can get it close to 2500 you'll be fine but you need to double move it.

The IV's for pvp legendaries or for rare shadow pokemon do not matter a whole lot. Do you have a team to build around it's playstyle?
i was thinking about playing tapu fini as start with annihilape and charaizard. haven't played much UL so dk if it'll work
