Wait so low attack is good? Why?
For great and ultra league it is. Lower attack stat means less cp at the same level when compared to a higher attack stat.

For the Halloween League would it be worth investing in? I need to win battles but all my current Pokémon suck.
Are you kidding me I had a 0|15|15 haunter that I transferred cause I thought it was trash
If you do only PvE, then it is a trash pokemon.
Its still bad 28th and 49th, there is so many others and better picks to make a good trio :)
I highly recommend pokegenie, an app that let's you see the pvp stats ranking for each mon (use in conjunction with pvpoke.com)
Use pokegenie’s iv appraiser
