This thing exists? Send some of them our way? You can take as many European "regionals" as you like - Mr. Mime and Pansear are the definition of useless and they're everywhere...
Ive seen a fair amount of these near the nyc area. I live near the city and ive caught almost 50
Are bouffalants regional Pokémon? I live in the five boroughs and I see these daily.
Yep, they’re only in the Penn/NY/ northeast -ish area of the US
