For some added measure of how lucky this is you can also calculate the chance of obtaining a shiny shadow 98% \*or greater\* from a raid:
P(X>=98%(Shiny)) = (1/10\*2/10\*1/10)\*3\*(1/20)) = 0.03% (1 in 3333)
And then even if you increase the number of raids you do to 50:
P = 1 - (1 - (1/10\*2/10\*1/10)\*3\*(1/20)))\^50 = 1.49% (1 in 67)
...You would still only have a 1 in 67 chance of it happening.
In fact to reach a 50% chance of it happening you would expect a player to need to do over 2300 raids.
