All while praying that they don't announce an official release date.

durant with entrainment and something like skill link cloyster will pull you through pretty far.
just gotta watch for a few pokemon immune to entrainment, and the occasional protect stall team. so have a backup like mega khan.
Yeah I'm not really keen on breeding and building a new Pokemon unless it's absolute cheese. I might find another durant (I had one ready but lost it somehow so I've been trying to go without it), but otherwise I'll be trying to get the level 1 aron through. The annoying thing is that aron works against 90% of the battle tree trainers... But the other 10% always pop up between battle 1 and battle 50.

90% of the time, you get to get a free +6 speed, attack and sp attack cloyster.
Just alternate protect on non truant turns and shell smash.
Using skill link cloyster, popping a STAB 5 hit icicle spear will kill anything that isn't 1/4 effective or has unaware.
Put focus sash on the cloyster to cover yourself just in case, to swap out/in or kill something that doesn't die to icicle spear in 1 turn
The other 10% can be dealt with using a power house like power up punch mega Khan or whatever you have on hand like xircutree.
The 10% is entirely pokemon that interupt the Durant's entrainment, either with throwing out protect turn 1 for stall, or the fake out fire type.
Durant can easily survive anything that isn't fire type, especially priority. So either you can try to hold out, or in the case of protect stall which will alternate protect and a move on your truant turns.
Swap to your powerhouse and swap back in to truant the next pokemon to setup on.
As long as you can recognize when those teams appear, you can still push through the 10% the teams that entrainment doesn't work on. It's cheese to the highest degree.
Just choice scarf Durant will help you alot.
I think the worst part is that there's no date so feels like they could pull the plug at any moment. I keep telling myself that I have all the rare pokemon from the ds and 3ds games and that the ones collecting ribbons are just for fun and if I don't have enough time to finish them I'll just transfer to home. Also I feel like seeing as bank is running through homes servers (i think thats correct), then it'll run as long as home does as some people would cancel home if they can't transfer to the switch from the 3ds and I think that's ultimately what they'll care about.
If your struggling with the tree I would consider making a new team. I got my team from smogon and its amazing the only time I've lost is I was hit with really bad rng after making a bad turn 1.

MOST of my previous RMās came from Emerald/Gamecube/ Platinum. So I grabbed every mon with a new evolution or rare ball I care about (mainly inspired by wanting a Johto Annihlape in a Heavy Ball, & a Farigiraf in a level Ball) and charged!
Every pre-3ds game later, and I have 3 boxes full of mons I wanted special &/or from their OG regions. Literally sent them last night, lightly afraid they might turn off bank in my sleep one day soon.
Only one actual RM. But honestly I have like 5 really important ones, with a dozen STARTED in Scar/Vi. So Iām really just here for legacy mons with a cool twist.
The hacker community will always be there to fix this issue, imo Nintendo is just opening the floodgates, u can already get a generated mon from any of the mystery gifts off of eBay, that will only get more popular and and people will not only want to pay money for these services, but they will figure out a way to do it themselves. Nintendo is shooting themselves in the foot

My 3DS wonāt charge and idk where to get a new charger or if the life of the console has come to an end. I searched online and the only place they sell it from is Amazon US (I donāt live in the states). If is not the old charger I canāt return the charger from Amazon US. So Iām worried Iām not able to complete the journey with the Mons Iām intending to. š„ŗ it has a bit of battery left so Iām thinking about sending the old mons to HOME.
Fret not. Even if the 3DS service shutted down, you can always extract the save data of that 3DS game then extract the individual pokemon from that game via PkHex to inject into a modded switch pokemon game save. Then local transfer that mons into your legit copy of the switch game.

Mega's are useful in the battle tree I tried Z moves and Mega Evolution in Battle Royale no dice

I know right, im also trying to complete the natinal pokedex for the first time, so there's more things i need to do.
Yeah, I'm trying to quickly take care of a couple trade evos and version exclusives in Gen 6 and 7 that I won't be able to transfer up from Gen 5 or trade between games with Bank before the GTS shuts down, just in case I want to complete the National dex in any of those games in the future. After all it won't be an option after GTS is gone without buying more games and possibly a second 3DS, or possibly modding my 3DS to allow hacking in unavailable PokƩmon. One possible hope though is that the death of 3DS online services will unblock some dedicated fans to set up replacement servers for the PokƩmon games, not only offering replacement for GTS but maybe even reenabling some other online only features that were disabled longer ago and I missed out on. If we're really lucky, maybe they can redistribute the old mystery gift PokƩmon for those two generations like they've done for Gens 4 and 5, finally giving access to all the mythicals for those games that otherwise are really hard to get ahold of. I'll be watching this sub for any news of that in the coming months, I'm cautiously optimistic. I know people have been working on it for other 3DS games already.

Just mod your 3DS and "download" USUM. You can also use a PokƩmon bank feature for the PKSM application which is basically PkheX for your 3DS. Can instantly transfer mons between games and gens
For one, my SD card isn't big enough (4 GB.) Second, there's a spare cartridge at my GameStop so I'll just buy that. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
Just buy a bigger SD card lol it will be much cheaper, and you can do everything for free

Id say around 32gb if you wanna download big games like PokƩmon games but 16gb if you just wanna use hacks, romhacks, PKSM. Download PKSM it is a MUST. Just Google it once you mod your 3ds (also Google it, very good guide btw and easy) and you will have a free bank without connecting to internet and free PokƩmon editing

If you do that the PokƩmon will count as illegal if you try to deposit it in PokƩmon HOME due to the lack of HOME trackers. I heard that there's a workaround if your PokƩmon can go into Galar, but even then nothing stops ILCA from blocking these PokƩmon in the future due to the first snapshot.
