Why does it have to be fast food? Poland is not Canada. Or Vietnam. And we don't have street food culture (at least not a healthy one). Are you coming to Poland to eat Asian food? Our traditional cuisine is overall very healthy though (contrary to popular belief); you don't have to eat pierogi every day - we have a huge selection of soups and main dishes are served with a variety of salads, fermented veg etc. If you're on a budget, I suggest you look up "bar mleczny" (milk bar) on google maps in your area. They're subsidised canteens, where you can get super basic traditional food at extremely low prices. It's not exactly fast food, but it's all pre-cooked, so it's just served onto the plate in front of you. You can pick every single serving of food (e.g. soup, meat, potato, dumpling, each salad - there are generally no set sets, so you can pick meat plus three salads if you don't want potatoes etc.). Mind you, servers are usually older women who have absolutely no English and except for some places in Warsaw and some other cities maybe, the menu will be in Polish only.

I second that. Milk bars probably would be your best option. They are a bit more costly than some snacks in small stores like Żabka, that they can heat for you, but it's also a great opportunity to try local cuisine. If you want healthy food tho, that'll help you lose weight etc, then avoid anything with sauces, or ask for small amount of it. Polish food is usually served with a great amount of heavy caloric sauces.

So I'm going to assume that Poland also has some options like that. I don't know what they are so that's why I'm asking I'm also Googling too and I found one place but I want to see if I get any of the suggestions

In Canada we have pita pit, freshly Thai and a couple other small chains. When I was in Vietnam I was eating random street food and I lost a lot of weight. Super healthy stuff over there
