Hi, I have a similar problem and I wear two or even three sport bras, one over each other. Secondly, do you have to hold the invert for some amount of time? I would just kinda hold my breath, show the invert and get down. And thirdly, if you do the invert properly, you shouldn't be watching your feet, more the wall behind you, which should give your face more space to breath.

Thank you for this! I will try the bra hack. Any tips for conditioning practices? My instructor suggested for me to do candlesticks but tit in face is no fun

That depends on your weakest spot - for me it was my upper back, so I conditioned on a pull up bar - scapular pull-ups, for my abs knee tucks and then trying to connect the movement - jump to a chin up, then knee tuck and trying to "tip back" in a tuck. That is all in "normal" position, not upside down, so I guess it would work?

for the invert straddle/chopper as well a lot of the times people start with legs together tuck, try tucking with your legs in a frog position instead to give your boobs and chest actual room to tilt

You might be able to find some helpful tricks if you Google tips for doing plow pose in yoga with a large bust. I know for a long time I used to wrap a yoga strap around my chest just above my boobs (I think this was a suggestion from Jessamyn Stanley) which helped a ton. Obviously this won’t be super comfy to keep in place for long, but doing it to practice inverts would probably be fine!

Same girl! I did skydiver last week and my pole partner saw more than she bargained for! My tips are obviously a good fitting sports bra, I’ve found ones that are like halter necks work quite well. Hold your head and chest out when inverting helps, take a deep breath before you go up then try to remember to breath when up side down. Ideally you’ll want to hold for 4 seconds to condition yourself. The upside down crucifix is the name of my existence with moving around the pole, I think one of the things is don’t panic as well if the move doesn’t go to plan!
