I remember Graham Norton asked Julianne Moore about her toes in this photo and she said she couldn’t feel it, didn’t know her toes were doing that. She said she doesn’t feel pain in her feet, her toes are numb.
Lol I always wonder about how celebrities handle wearing uncomfortable shoes constantly, I guess that makes sense that they've just lost feeling after a while 😬
I can’t remember who said it but I think it was in Graham Norton Show.
A female star was explaining what’s sometimes in those goodie bags at the Oscars/ Grammys/ Emmys, etc. and in one of them was a voucher for anaesthetic injections to go into the feet/ankles so women can wear really damaging heels without the pain. Crazy.
Say what you want about fugly Gen Z fashion but crocs and dad trainers coming into trend (and the end of this ‘beauty is pain’ nonsense) has done wonders for my feet
Botox and filler injections in the feet, and I’m not kidding. People really got into it for a while during the Sex and the City era but I think now it’s less widely known. I forgot about it until I saw this slideshow!
I had to attend approximately 5,000 weddings last year, and after each one I lost feeling in my toes for longer and longer periods of time. The most recent was in January and I still don’t have full feeling in a couple of them 😅
Ditto. I used to ruin my toes to look professional at my job, but eventually accepted my height and just wore flats. No more horrific sores and toe pain. Worth it.
I spent 9hrs on heels in 2022 for a wedding and the tip of my left big toe is still a little numb. Can't imagine how many hours of heels she endured to get to that stage.
Same, bought a cheap pair of running shoes for a restaurant job and wore them for like 3 months. I didn't feel my pinky toes for like 6 months after, if not more.
That sounds like Neuropathy. Seriously, I know two people with it and one of the things they look for is lack of feeling in feet/numbness. Wonder if she has it or got that checked out.
I’ve been trying to find a pair of gold, block heeled sandals for a wedding. I ordered 2 pairs with that front single strap and they’re insanely uncomfortable. I’m a size 10 and the toe area is made for a toddler.
Editing to add: Thank you for all the lovely suggestions! I met my sister, came home and was pleasantly surprised.
Check out Inez! They have gold with a slight block heel. I bought a pair after seeing them advertised on instagram and oh my god. They are my go-to wedding shoes now, they’re actually legitimately comfortable.
If you're willing to splurge, Loeffler Randall heels are THE MOST comfortable heels I've ever worn and I always get compliments on them. I'm also a size 10/11 and have really long toes, so heels never quite fit right. I found gold Camellia ones on sale for $275 at Saks, but they usually retail about $400. Google Shopping is a good way to find the deals!
I’m a 9.5 and I got these for a wedding. Seriously comfortable for what they are.
https://www.naturalizer.ca/en/product/womens-vera-dress-sandal-7012890
It helps a lot to wear your correct size though. A lot of these are heels that are too narrow or need to be sized up. Just wear the less expensive heels that actually fit your toes.
I second this. Those are some ugly ass shoes. All i can see is how uncomfortable most of these are, except for those wacky ass moon boots.
Those were probably comfortable as hell, but they looked stupid, so it cancelled out
I've always looked terrible in them, if I can even force my wide-ass feet into the pair I've decided to torture myself with that day at the store. Until now, I assumed it was just another example of why I was a pathetic example of a woman, but it looks like I've been too hard on myself.
Nicole Kidman’s shoes aren’t actually mismatched, one has crystals on the toe part, the other shoe has crystals on the ankle strap. You just can’t see it in this pic, I think they were a bad choice to go with her dress though.
https://preview.redd.it/85ba6828mlyc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d8d9d9e3939f1755fe1380ca16dcde063c600641
Here’s Naomi Harris wearing the same Calvin Klein shoes in yellow.
I don’t think they looked dirty. Just the natural nail bed.. I refuse to get manis/pedis. Like there’s so much maintenance women are expected to upkeep already must we also maintain 20 polished nails?
You can also get Botox injections to make you stop sweating in your feet as well as alleviating foot pain. You can get fillers into the balls of your feet as well., to make standing in heels more comfortable. Celebrities are NOT just like us!
I have hyperhidrosis and I used to get Botox in my hands, feet, and underarms. It works pretty well, but even that wouldn't be enough to keep my feet from getting drenched in plastic shoes!
She probably did something insane like hold her feet in ice for an hour so they'd be cold and wouldn't sweat, or she sprayed them down with something like sealant.
They look like pressure on the ball of her feet is just causing them to separate. Also what am I doing speculating about Katy Perry’s toes on the internet
It’s healthier for toes to be wider spaced. When your toes are all cramped together (like amy Adams in this slideshow) it can cause bunions and a bunch of other foot issues.
I felt rather envious of them. I've been paying a lot of attention to my toes lately, ever since I realized how poorly I've treated them and my feet in general. My pinkie toes curve under my feet, and the nails on them were practically nonexistent (one has mostly grown back, the other is still struggling). The result of years of shoving them into too-small shoes.
Don’t lose hope! I used to dance ballet and wear pointe shoes which are a death sentence to feet. Just be mindful of your shoes and go barefoot as often as you can, my feet feel so much better in the past few years after integrating crocs (I knowwww they’re ugly but they work) and only going barefoot around the house and yard.
Omg all I could think of while swiping was “holy hell some of those toes are FUGLY” and then simultaneously “there is deff a foot fetishist out there totally down on ugly toes”
I'm glad I'm not alone on that lol. I've always felt that. I even have a memory of being in first grade and even though I was a good reader I pretended not to know how to read the word 'feet' in class because I was more embarrassed to say the word than whether they thought I knew how to read or not 😂 Just have always had a disdain for anything feet and this post turned my stomach lol
Celebrity feet especially. You can really see how fancy shoes are designed to torture feet. It's definitely worse for women, but it's also pretty apparent with men. We Crush and bind them until they are mangled. But still present them to the world.
What I don't get is why wealthy people, who no doubt can afford more comfortable shoes, don't wear more comfortable shoes. One of the perks of being rich and famous should be to have comfortable feet, one would think.
I don’t have a lot of money, but I dream about having custom-made shoes. These people have all the money in the world and wear shit that does THAT to their toes.
I’m also realizing I have particularly nice feet in comparison.
They have endorsements and deals with designers. These are not their “everyday shoes”. They are basically paid to wear them. Also for women, sexy = high heels. Job for female celebrities definitely involves be sexy.
They aren't wealthy or rich like that. They are the dancing monkeys to the rich and sometimes they get married to the real rich, but in order to play this game they have to deal with the pain.
If they were really rich and powerful they could wear whatever the fuck they want.
Right? I always thought it was just my weird feet that look terrible in sandals with tiny straps. The toes just spread out everywhere. But no, even the fanciest Louboutin or Manolo is going to do that. Not a fan of the look or the feel.
I had that same realization about ears when I started looking around for placement inspo for a second piercing. I could only do it for like ten minutes at a time.
https://preview.redd.it/r7vmvg9upkyc1.jpeg?width=580&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f1eff6b58a9a4f29881e60821c6ac4dd1027b775
Dont forget the Alexander McQueen shoes Gaga used to wear all the time! 🦞
I liked them too, I just wanted to included them as "weird" but not in a bad way so they can be properly appreciate, you can even buy them for like $600 dollars online
Yea they look insane, but I’ve happily worn my pleases on a night out with absolutely no issues and walked in grass and gravel in them (mine aren’t quite that high tho lol). They’re super comfy and they don’t impact your balance at all!
[She has fallen before.](https://www.ajc.com/entertainment/music/lady-gaga-falls-down/SldWLmqCLPDN1jTaYNozZN/) But I imagine after this day she took some classes lmao.
the caption in that article is insane 😭
“Lady Gaga has been all over the news lately doing some not-so-nice things (flipping off fans, wearing a bra and panties to a Yankees game), so maybe it was karma when she fell on her face in London's Heathrow Airport. Or maybe it was the Frankenstein platform boots”
I think this just really highlights how incredibly painful it is to wear high heels. Even designer extremely high end heels are just painful torture devices. Those Monolos and Jimmy Choos are no more comfortable than whatever you can get at JC Penny. The strappy ones don’t even hold your feet in.
Remember a few years back at Cannes where officials would not allow in female celebrities unless they wore heels?
Christian Louboutin doesn't like being attributed as intentionally making uncomfortable shoes, but that is essentially what he does.
"I have been misquoted," Louboutin told [Vogue UK](https://www.vogue.co.uk/article/christian-louboutin-painful-shoes-comfortable-shoes). "People say I am the king of painful shoes. I don't want to create painful shoes, but it is not my job to create something comfortable. I try to make high heels as comfortable as they can be, but my priority is design, beauty and sexiness. I'm not against them, but comfort is not my focus."
Yeah, I tried them in store a couple times and they are definitely NOT comfortable at all, to the point where they started hurting my feet as soon as I stood up. Big nope
To each their own but I’ll never understand why people are willing the hand over hundreds of dollars for some of the most uncomfortable shoes they’ll ever wear. If they were comfortable, or semi-comfortable, I’d get it but they’re torture devices.
Yeah, I wanted to see if there was something extra to the structure of the shoe that made it worth the money, but somehow they were even worse than ordinary shoes
> Comfort is not my focus
While literally talking about supporting a vital body part that affects everything from your joints to your blood flow. Insane what people have accepted in the name of “fashion” when it’s really only about selling a mindset to get more $$$$
If the likes of these “designers” were allowed to do bras they’d probably spew the same rhetoric with pokey wires digging into the rib cage supporting jack shit so you’d better be a size A cup and if not then *sorry my job is to make something pretty not functional as well, I can’t do both for crying out loud I’m an artiste* 🙄 Imagine if architects said that? Sorry I designed the building to look sexy not actually stay standing up and be safely functional!
For sure! I can't do them anymore. I think over the years I've messed up my feet or maybe I'm just old, who knows lol
I'm prone to plantar fasciitis because I have high arches. So I'm super careful about what shoes I wear and have inserts in every shoe 🫤 heels are only worn on a rare occasion now. I can do platform sandals that are made with good support, and every once in a while, a wedge if it's comfy.
Fellow high arch here! Do you have recommendations for sneakers? I have Vionic ones and Skechers high arch series. I keep hearing about Hoka but don’t want to buy without recommendations.
Oh it's hard lol I feel your pain, literally. I actually do wear Hoka sneakers but I put my own inserts in. I like the Sole brand insole, I have the thick ones for sneakers and I have a medium thickness pair and thin ones for some other shoes and boots. They aren't cheap 🥴 but they make it easier to pretty much wear most shoes and sneakers. I do think Hokas are great on their own, but better with the insert for me. I've tried the Vionic insoles as well, but they didn't fit right in my sneakers, I still use them in other shoes.
If you get insoles, you may need to go up a half size in sneaker. My recommendation is to get your insoles and then try on shoes with them. You'll have to remove the factory insole, obviously.
This is why I wish people didn’t shame low heels/flats because I used to hate all heels until I started wearing low pumps/nothing over 2.5 inches/60mm.
I can actually walk in them comfortably without cutting off the circulation in my toes, wobbling, or having the balls of my feet flare in pain. (My heels still get blisters if they aren’t open back but that’s because I have weird feet sizes and it’s nothing a bandaid/tights can’t remedy to prevent rubbing but I’m a lazy bitch).
Not that the shoes aren’t uncomfortable…but she most definitely has bunions. Bunions are what make her big toe turn in all weird. Not these shoes. Although years of bad shoes are what would have contributed to her getting bunions in the first place.
I wish the trend of wearing high heels sandals when they are know to be slippery, pinkie escaping, pain near the toe straps to finale cool down. You see a full-blown ball gown with a spectacular hairdo and make up and unkept toes under it gripping for dear life
Right? you put the feet in a position where the whole weight of the body goes to the toes therefore it needs a lot of restraint to be able to hold it, but then you put a little strap to do all the job , its absurd.
There is no support and the heels they were are killer extremely tiny high stilettos and they have to wear them for hour upon hours. There is no need for that.
I love heels don't get me wrong, but heels that are comfortable and you are okay with the height and the type of shoe are far more comfortable to wear for hours
For all the feet fetishists ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|scream)
I am SO glad those plastic window shoes are out of trend. Made me gag seeing the condensation from their feet.
Shoes aren’t customisable enough, too few are available in different widths and I am not sure if any of the ‘designer’ brands do different widths.
Fewer young people are reshaping their feet with years of wearing heels so I wonder if there is going to have to be a rethink in the standard design templates going forward.
I will not stand for the Angelina slander! She dressed right on theme for the Maleficent premiere. It resembles the spinning wheel needle prick, or could also be an ode to her wings being cut off. Either way, they’re magnificent!
I’m with you on that plus the shoes of Godzilla’s team. Their shoes and the heals were amazing tributes to the movie. All of them loved their projects and decided to show that in their outfits. Bravo!
Nicole’s shoes are just alternating designs. The rhinestone detailing is on the toe strap on one foot and ankle strap on the other foot. I have a pair like that with bows instead of rhinestones.
I’ve just realised that it’s actually weirdly comforting to see pictures of weird celebrity feet. You can pay as much money as you like to make your face/body the most beautiful, but if you got weird feet, you can’t pay to fix that 😂 Brings them down from their pedestals a bit for me 🤣
I predict that the next trend will be shoes that don't look like mirror images of each other.
However wild and crazy shoe designs are, they are always exact but mirrored copies. So to be really innovative about shoe design, make shoes that are different. Not wildly different like one stiletto and one army boot, maybe the same model but slightly different patterns or something. So that the shoes still match each other and you can see they're a pair. Complements not copies
Same! I genuinely like the shoes too, they dont look as… eccentric as some of the other ones *and* they seem to fit well! If i could wear heels, i would strongly consider adding those ones to my collection
Some of these are more of a “I don’t like the style”, but I’m kind of shocked that Julianne Moore and Amy Adams actually stepped onto the red carpet in shoes that are otherwise cute but so OBVIOUSLY ill-fitting. Julianne is particularly egregious, like….girl.
Also, Katy Perry’s pic made me laugh, because why is there so much space between each toe? 😭😭
I'm sure there are less pretty feet but let's be real. A lot of these shoes just don't fit, that's on the stylist who's probably borrowing from a brand instead of buying the shoes! A lot of those toe issues are just feet being stuffed into shoes that are too narrow or short, which is torture for feet, and so unattractive all smashed like that.
no one can tell me that high heels aren’t a torture device… some of these pics look straight up like they were being punished for something so they were forced to wear those things 😭
Human feet are too wide for most of those shoe silhouettes. Yes, it creates a nice line when the toes are hidden, but they are awful for your feet. I guarantee that most of these people have bunions that they blame their moms for inheriting. It’s the shoes.
I'm a costume designer, and in graduate school, I had to take a direction class, and the professor was talking about costuming actors and the importance of getting them in the right shoes for rehearsal. He tried to say that women were harder to find shoes for because they were more picky, and I interrupted him and said, "Absolutely not. Women will wear any shoe I give them even if they are completely uncomfortable because women understand that sometimes fashion=pain. Now men? They will bitch and complain if the shoe is SLIGHTLY tight on their toes and refuse to wear them. Even if just for one scene." Every girl just sat there nodding their head.

Heart evangelista uses topical anaesthesia to numb her feet when she wears uncomfy shoes!!!
That’s awful!
I had to attend approximately 5,000 weddings last year, and after each one I lost feeling in my toes for longer and longer periods of time. The most recent was in January and I still don’t have full feeling in a couple of them 😅
This thread is making me so happy that I've embraced my shortness and only wear flats.

I’m so short that wearing heels doesn’t even make a difference. I’m just a slightly taller short person. LoL

Thank you; I genuinely wonder how she can ignore something that painful looking every time I see that photo.
There’s a spray that numbs the foot/toes for the duration of the night, a lot of celebrities’ people use it when getting them ready for big events.
That sounds like Neuropathy. Seriously, I know two people with it and one of the things they look for is lack of feeling in feet/numbness. Wonder if she has it or got that checked out.
I’ve got some small fibre neuropathy so that’s why I remember it so clearly because I was like, hang on.
The primary thing I'm getting from this is that strappy high heeled sandals are the fucking devil and whoever invented them deserves jail.
I wore Naturalizers in wide. Barely tested and could.have lasted all night if I wanted
Second this! They are the only work shoes/ heels I wear now!
Naturalizers are a life saver for my arthritic ass
I never heard of them before, your comment made check them out because I have wide feet and heels can be a nightmare. So many cute shoes! Thank you!
Same and I can't get a wide width because the rest of the shoe won't fit right. Give us room in the toes!
Check out Inez! They have gold with a slight block heel. I bought a pair after seeing them advertised on instagram and oh my god. They are my go-to wedding shoes now, they’re actually legitimately comfortable.

I just ordered these in a wide! I’m hoping they work. The price is also in my budget.
Yeah, half the photos just made me sad for the women that are expected to wear heels regularly. So many clearly banged up feet, and a few bunions.
It helps a lot to wear your correct size though. A lot of these are heels that are too narrow or need to be sized up. Just wear the less expensive heels that actually fit your toes.
It tells me that they seem to exclusively make the front portion too narrow

I was gonna say the same thing! You can see it in Nicole's photo but just barely.
Yeah, wearing a dress that obscures the main feature of the shoe wasn't a great idea. This execution looks much better.
I didn't even notice the shoes looked unmatched because I was too busy looking at those bare dirty looking toenails.
I don’t think they looked dirty. Just the natural nail bed.. I refuse to get manis/pedis. Like there’s so much maintenance women are expected to upkeep already must we also maintain 20 polished nails?
I actually love these ones. I’d wear them!
I'm so glad the trend for clear plastic shoes is on the outs. Seeing them all misty makes my stomach turn 🤣
The toe fog! I also get sick at thinking of those wet toes.
The smell. Oh my god

Slippy from the toe sweat, cheesy smelling, fogged up and dangerous and THEY DONT EVEN LOOK GOOD
Yeah that’s the most egregious part of it… they look AWFUL.
Those dogs looking like a steamed up rotisserie chicken 🤢
Lil wieners in a crock pot also do this, do you think the soles are wet and squishy? I need to get off now before I drive myself crazy
“Toe fog” . Dying 😂 !!
But why is there no sweaty mist in kim ks clear plastic overknee boots. I always wondered about this ever since i saw this photo
There are strong anti sweat sprays you can use to stop the swearing overall. I use one myself and even in the summer heat I just won’t sweat.
What is the name of this magic spray???
I live in Germany. It’s called Odaban. But I’m sure there’s something similar in other countries. It’s basically just aluminum.
Thank you! It's available in the US, too, and I'm so excited to try it!!!
She probably did something insane like hold her feet in ice for an hour so they'd be cold and wouldn't sweat, or she sprayed them down with something like sealant.
Scotch guard her feet 🤣
Maybe she just put them on before the pic was taken
Oh my god Uggs did a plastic boot 😂! I made fun of my girlfriend! It was ridiculous. Of course your feet are going to sweat!
Hey, leave me and my clear/chrome stripper heels alone lmao
I was a victim of this lol
I've never really given feet much thought, but when you see consecutive pictures of them it makes you realise how weird feet look, on everybody.
Im feeling a lot better about my toes!
Katy Perry’s are weirdly spaced.
They look like pressure on the ball of her feet is just causing them to separate. Also what am I doing speculating about Katy Perry’s toes on the internet
I'd say the internet is the _perfect_ place for such speculation.
It’s healthier for toes to be wider spaced. When your toes are all cramped together (like amy Adams in this slideshow) it can cause bunions and a bunch of other foot issues.

Came here to say hers seem to have the healthiest alignment and splay out of all the pictures.
For some reason it looks like all of her toes are thumbs?
Omg all I could think of while swiping was “holy hell some of those toes are FUGLY” and then simultaneously “there is deff a foot fetishist out there totally down on ugly toes”
Seeing all these feet on display has made me realize how much I actually hate them. Closed toes please!
I hate feet so much, this post is the worse lmao
I'm glad I'm not alone on that lol. I've always felt that. I even have a memory of being in first grade and even though I was a good reader I pretended not to know how to read the word 'feet' in class because I was more embarrassed to say the word than whether they thought I knew how to read or not 😂 Just have always had a disdain for anything feet and this post turned my stomach lol
Me too ! I managed to search for the images slowly and with a lot of will power because the view is not pretty at all.

They aren't wealthy or rich like that. They are the dancing monkeys to the rich and sometimes they get married to the real rich, but in order to play this game they have to deal with the pain. If they were really rich and powerful they could wear whatever the fuck they want.
If people wore slippers on the red carpet we’d be getting even more posts about it here.
Right?! Feet are ugly…
Right? I always thought it was just my weird feet that look terrible in sandals with tiny straps. The toes just spread out everywhere. But no, even the fanciest Louboutin or Manolo is going to do that. Not a fan of the look or the feel.
My first thought was how miserable and scrunched up their toes look. You can tell they’ve been super uncomfortable in high heels for a long time.
I had that same realization about ears when I started looking around for placement inspo for a second piercing. I could only do it for like ten minutes at a time.
Oh wow ![gif](giphy|ehradFMDoSAytuukyz|downsized)
Apologies!

Iconic
Him was scary omg
I always liked him
HIM
HIM!!! https://i.redd.it/ch1psg1gyoyc1.gif
I always wondered if walking in these was like walking in pointe shoes for ballet!
The Godzilla teams shoes were so freaking cool though.
Yeah they actually look dope. And in now way uncomfortable either
Those should not be included in this post, I bet they were comfy af too
And most importantly it doesn’t look like anyone’s feet are going to be numb for weeks after wearing them!
I liked them too, I just wanted to included them as "weird" but not in a bad way so they can be properly appreciate, you can even buy them for like $600 dollars online
I love Gaga’s shoes, but I don’t know she walked in those heels without her ankle snapping in half
Gaga always looks like her shoes are no big deal. It’s part of her mystique.
Those are pleasers and they are incredibly comfy, they look crazy (mine aren’t that high) but very comfy
Yea they look insane, but I’ve happily worn my pleases on a night out with absolutely no issues and walked in grass and gravel in them (mine aren’t quite that high tho lol). They’re super comfy and they don’t impact your balance at all!
i’m convinced she takes classes on how to walk in them without falling
[She has fallen before.](https://www.ajc.com/entertainment/music/lady-gaga-falls-down/SldWLmqCLPDN1jTaYNozZN/) But I imagine after this day she took some classes lmao.
the caption in that article is insane 😭 “Lady Gaga has been all over the news lately doing some not-so-nice things (flipping off fans, wearing a bra and panties to a Yankees game), so maybe it was karma when she fell on her face in London's Heathrow Airport. Or maybe it was the Frankenstein platform boots”
Haha, I legitimately loved this Gaga era. In the news for so many random things.
She does mention in her Vogue “Life in Looks” on YouTube that she performs in stripper shoes. So I think she’s used to the height.
They're actually not as crazy as they look. Pleasers are for dancing/performing so they're better and more comfortable than normal heels
I hate feet so this was a lot for me but I soldiered on 🫡. Good to know they just like us with the dodgy feet.
Phew thanks for saying it. Feet gross me out so much. Even my own 😂😂 I dread spring vacation pics on sm because of all feet in the sand
> Comfort is not my focus While literally talking about supporting a vital body part that affects everything from your joints to your blood flow. Insane what people have accepted in the name of “fashion” when it’s really only about selling a mindset to get more $$$$ If the likes of these “designers” were allowed to do bras they’d probably spew the same rhetoric with pokey wires digging into the rib cage supporting jack shit so you’d better be a size A cup and if not then *sorry my job is to make something pretty not functional as well, I can’t do both for crying out loud I’m an artiste* 🙄 Imagine if architects said that? Sorry I designed the building to look sexy not actually stay standing up and be safely functional!
For sure! I can't do them anymore. I think over the years I've messed up my feet or maybe I'm just old, who knows lol I'm prone to plantar fasciitis because I have high arches.
Seeing Amy Adams’s feet bones being squashed like this almost made me cry, my feet hurt just by looking at that picture
For all the feet fetishists ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|scream) I am SO glad those plastic window shoes are out of trend. Made me gag seeing the condensation from their feet.
Most of these appear to be wearing to small a size
Shoes aren’t customisable enough, too few are available in different widths and I am not sure if any of the ‘designer’ brands do different widths. Fewer young people are reshaping their feet with years of wearing heels so I wonder if there is going to have to be a rethink in the standard design templates going forward.
God, I hope so. Who decided that the middle part of a heels sole should only be 2 inches wide???
I will not stand for the Angelina slander! She dressed right on theme for the Maleficent premiere. It resembles the spinning wheel needle prick, or could also be an ode to her wings being cut off. Either way, they’re magnificent!
I’m with you on that plus the shoes of Godzilla’s team. Their shoes and the heals were amazing tributes to the movie. All of them loved their projects and decided to show that in their outfits. Bravo!
I LOVE THE GODZILLA TEAM SO MUCH
THEY’RE AMAZING AND DESERVE THE WORLD.
Yeah, some of the more fun ones - I love them! Gotta have some fun. The ones where the feet are squished or toes etc, not so good.
Right there with you—her shoe game for the whole Maleficent promo tour was amazing.
Nicole’s shoes are just alternating designs. The rhinestone detailing is on the toe strap on one foot and ankle strap on the other foot. I have a pair like that with bows instead of rhinestones.
I don’t care if they come back in style, I’m never wearing stilettos again in my life. Block heels all the way.
I love most of the weird shoes tbh. I’m kinda vibing with those heels in pic 12.
theyre jacquemus les carre rond they’ve made a ton of different versions all asymmetrical mostly either in the heel or toe shape
I’ve just realised that it’s actually weirdly comforting to see pictures of weird celebrity feet. You can pay as much money as you like to make your face/body the most beautiful, but if you got weird feet, you can’t pay to fix that 😂 Brings them down from their pedestals a bit for me 🤣
These pictures give me the heebie jeebies…they all look so uncomfortable. If I ever become a celebrity, I’m wearing crocs on the red carpet!

I don't know if that is an appropriate response ... But I'm feeling so much better now about my own feet.
Man, I can't blame all those pinkies from escaping. Most feet aren't shaped like 🔺 the way that the tips of those shoes are!
Exactly! Everyone in the comments is focusing on the heels (which are bad), but those toe boxes are equally terrible.
I couldn’t make it all the way through this folder, it was stressing me out!
Now entering bunion country...
Amy Adams especially 😬 that looks so painful
Yes, a couple of them are going to need treatment
I don't think Nicole is wearing different shoes. I think the embellishment on one of them has fallen off
Or maybe it’s a stylistic choice to be asymmetrical. There looks to be a bit of sparkle on her left ankle strap.
Someone posted Naomi Harris wearing the same CK heels in yellow below, you were right
I predict that the next trend will be shoes that don't look like mirror images of each other.
Is no one going to talk about Kidman's absolutely rank toenails? Like girl what is happening here.
I got to the 4th picture before I realized this is most feet looking at I’ve done on last 5 years
how did some of these pass?? 💀💀 do they not have any extra shoes on stand
Ugh I hate this Reddit mobile update. I can’t see all of your witty captions OP :(
I’ll never forget when I saw KK’s pregnant, swollen dogs in those shoes. Looked like an exploding can of biscuits.

I low-key love Beyoncés outfit
Same! I genuinely like the shoes too, they dont look as… eccentric as some of the other ones *and* they seem to fit well! If i could wear heels, i would strongly consider adding those ones to my collection
I think these were Balenciaga back in the day! I was obsessed with this heel.
JFC FREE THE TOES !!!
Oh how I hate plastic shoes.
Imagine men trying to contort their feet into uncomfortable positions and ridiculous shoes to the point of damaging their feet?
Some of these are more of a “I don’t like the style”, but I’m kind of shocked that Julianne Moore and Amy Adams actually stepped onto the red carpet in shoes that are otherwise cute but so OBVIOUSLY ill-fitting. Julianne is particularly egregious, like….girl. Also, Katy Perry’s pic made me laugh, because why is there so much space between each toe? 😭😭
Some of these I feel like are because the celeb doesn't have the feet for open toed shoes. Like, I'm sorry, but please put them away.
Katie and Priyanka ![gif](giphy|xUPJUdGUnVWZ0wMw7e)
Omfg I miss Tracey and Heben. This was THE BEST podcast gosh darn you buzzfeed for axing it 😡
This is fantastic research
What are thoooose
no one can tell me that high heels aren’t a torture device… some of these pics look straight up like they were being punished for something so they were forced to wear those things 😭
I think I want to unsee some of these.

Human feet are too wide for most of those shoe silhouettes. Yes, it creates a nice line when the toes are hidden, but they are awful for your feet. I guarantee that most of these people have bunions that they blame their moms for inheriting. It’s the shoes.
Justin is wearing new rocks
Thank you for giving me a new thing to be a hater about. 🫡
The captions disappearing is killing me lol, OP can you tell this mobile user what the white spots are 💀
Them clear shoes have feet steaming up like crab legs
This is all the more reason to make shoes wider as a default, no one’s toes need to be cramped for any kind of shoes.
>At least she looks happy 😭😭😭
Pleasers aren’t weird they’re stripper shoes lmao
