Justine Pochon was the original poster. Many have left comments on her video for a follow up but she has never answered back! Her page is still open but, no Justine!
The current video posted two years ago by Justine Pochon / J P on YouTube is actually a re-post of one of several videos that first appeared online more than a decade ago - IIRC they date all the way back to 2008-2010ish and first showed up on Dailymotion.
There were at least four videos of the same patient that I remember, of which this video was by far the best - the 3(+) others were taken over a several month period, none of which has the same active inflammation / infection as this video. They basically just chronicled the removal of the comedones - very much like watching shards of broken glass or gravel being painfully dug out of skin. The originals also weren't set to music, and you could hear the people in the video speaking to each other in French.
They all carried the Justine Pochon / J P watermark. The linked video was only posted two years ago, but the Justine Pochon YouTube account dates back to 2013 and I'm 100% positive they'd previously posted the video (and perhaps the others) on the same account years ago and for whatever reason deleted them, before reposting again ~2020. I don't know for sure if Justine Pochon was actually the original source of the videos or not - I tend to think she was, because I've never seen a copy without the watermark / overprint, and the name also fits the French they spoke, but it's still something of a mystery and the originals seemingly lost to time.
I just remember this one well because it was one of the first popping videos I ever watched years & years ago, and it's stuck with me all this time. As u/Bathtime_Toaster wrote, this was like the white whale from Moby Dick for a long time - it was one of the very very few nevus comedonicus videos online until relatively recently.
I located a Justine Pochon who matched the YT poster on IG a while back but her account is private. I did not see to reach out. Since her video was posted, a few more NC videos have posted that showed more than a cyst located with. The “holy grail” parts missing from NC videos are removal (hopefully painless for the patient since that isn’t the goal of this “whale treasure.” There are some NC that develop small keratin pits with eniugh sebum to resemble blackheads, like minkology101 eyebrow areas in her client Ms. e. However, the “way too short” video out there by another showed the removal of one of the “rock hard keratin balls.” Journals say they will refill, in a usual 2-3 months, but tracking that process via YT video would be a major upgrade in research and understanding.
They're not proper blackheads, if I'm understanding correctly. Nevus comedonicus causes the constellation of black-dotted skin and cystic acne underneath.
I’ve heard them called “mutated hair follicles” that essentially create a sharp keratin plug instead of hair. So the “black heads” here need to be cut out or lasered to remove them but the secondary infection is all they’re working with in the video.
Nevus comedonicus is one condition where you can't be aggressive - those surface 'blackheads' aren't soft like typical blackheads, rather they form very hard, sharp deposits akin to broken glass or gravel embedded in the skin. Depending on severity, anaesthesia is often required to remove them because it's so painful.
Edit: forgot to mention, it can be severe enough that patients require skin grafts. There's case studies of people needing 20+ surgeries over their lives due to this. It's not a trivial condition.
I’ve never been able to find another video like it. I don’t know if it’s because it’s some sort of super rare case or maybe they aren’t supposed to be popping that, so if it’s a rare case then it would be even more rare to see someone popping it.
I believe they are being gentle because it’s painful, all that pus and inflammation under there has got to be extremely uncomfortable at best. I wish I could find the part 2 that was supposed to come, but this video is something like 8 years old, so any hopes of the second part showing up are long gone.
I just wish I could find others like it, because it’s an amazing popping video to me.
There is another Nevus Comedonicus video. I want to say that it’s possibly Japanese. It contains two cysts underneath in the tracts. There is a Spanish/Latina laser surgery video of how they deal with this issue. In order to be rid of it, they have to surgically remove the sinus tracts that run under the skin (like you would see in an ant farm). They look like tiny whitish tubes. After they have been removed then a laser is brought in to cauterize the skin for better healing. I‘m so very new to Reddit that I don’t want to break any rules or I would retrieve more Nevus Comedonicus vids and share as I have them saved in private playlists - my junk food, so to,speak! 🥰
I’m sorry it’s taken so long! I’ve been preoccupied! Here is infected neck into back Nevus Comedonicus from JP:

It's one of my all-time favourites as well. A very rare condition, but completely unexpected popping - instead of the visible comedones being removed (which are often described as rock hard & sharp), there's a ton of pus from a huge underlying infected tract.
There were at least 4 videos originally posted, but this one was by far the best. One other was a somewhat similar follow-up, but with much less pus. The other few were quite different, taken during a period of no active infection and showed the interesting yet somewhat boring removal of the painful, gravel-like comedones.
From what I understand they are not blackheads. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the skin has those dots and cystic acne beneath the skin. They are not traditional blackheads

Where's part 2!? Whomever finds it and posts the link will be the hero of this subreddit.

Give this person a doctorate in popping history

This video is my Moby Dick. The pops are just *perfect* I feel for the person with them but the video is amazing.
Of YouTube, TikTok, etc., too. Justine left us hanging.
Every single time I’ve seen this video I get blue balls
Still so many blackheads to pop!!!

Such promise for adaptation tech!
I legitimately hate this video. It is hugely underwhelming. You never get what you want. You can't go in there and get it all. Its so frustrating.
The first couple minutes were infuriating
Glad it wasn't just me. I couldn't hang. The person doing the extraction was doing a horrible job.
Absolutely. I closed it in a rage.
Wayyy too slow and not enough aggression

Does it actually cause any harm, or is pain and unsightliness the main issue?
This is my emotional support popping video
That first bug pop and the slow motion replay… *chefs kiss*
That music makes me question whether life is worth living.
Pls someone link to more like this

I’ve never seen anything quite like this! It’s like birthday & Christmas rolled into one 😍

Sometimes you can find carbuncle videos that are similar to this. Not nearly as good but they’re still good in their own way.
Never gets old.
I love how gentle the popper is, I wish they were all like this
Get those blackheads tho omg 😳
From what I understand they are not blackheads. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the skin has those dots and cystic acne beneath the skin. They are not traditional blackheads
Whats causing the strange pattern. It looks like the skin is healthy, everywhere except that particular area
A nevus is like a birthmark.
This is like the best one I’ve ever seen.
Yo can someone please link the entire video because I am invested
Simply awesome video!
How did you know I wanted to watch this again? Thanks OP!
I wish this person had a YouTube account and posted every day.
Paper Towel Fingers needs a dedicated shop and YouTube channel.
And a pair of gloves
I need a cigarette

I needed this is my life. Thank you. Best video I’ve seen in a while🙏🙏
I would pay money to get my hands on this. The technique shown here is infuriating tbh tho.
I’m going to start choosing my friends based on their pop potential. I would be best friends with this person!
this person sucks @ popping.
My trypophobia won’t let me watch this one 🫣
I was expecting a few blackheads. The green infected puss was a pleasant surprise
I don’t believe I’ve experienced a more frustrating video than this, on this sub.
Video won’t play.
I hate when they do that just start pooping them quickly, but fuck around with one very slowly. Squeeeeeeze it!!!!
Ngl he first few minutes had me thinking you were lying to us but after that 💯
My good god
I hope this person weighed themselves before and after that.
I stop and watch every time I see this one. A classic.
All the tap tap dab dab is so frustrating.
That’s like a fault line of blackheads with a few super volcanoes
Love this consistency and how it’s all spread out. 10 stars from me.
I found her in Instagram but her account is private.
