You could also export the intro and use it as a media file when editing something else, just an idea.

This is the way, but remember to export your intros in QuickTime format (422 LT would be ideal), so that there's no quality loss due to video compression (intros in your videos will not be pixelated as much)

Yes, you can import one Premiere project into another. It will import every sequence associated with that project file, so you could realistically keep a few different intros and outros in the same project if that makes the most sense for your workflow?

I have to organize my assets before i do this myself, but I saw a tutorial about saving a template for your projects and you can have all of your assets (intros, outros, sounds, memes, etc) in the window that you can pull the sources from and drop them into the project.
