Yes. 2qt Mason jars with metal lids. Everything I had in cans or Mason jars survived the rodent attack. The plastic jars or jars with plastic lids, not so much.
Use a drum with a removable lid, keep dry goods in their original packaging and condition the atmosphere inside for everything at once with desiccant and possibly a pouch of GAC.
If you use oxygen absorber in a rigid container, allow some venting until the pressure equalizes before sealing the container. Otherwise you will have negative pressure which can be a problem.
I seal all my beans , rice , wheat berries etc in 7 mil thick 11x14 mylar bags with oxygen absorbers. This gives it a 30 year shelf life.
Its 5# in each bag , when I open the 5# bag I store that in airtight plastic containers that I keep on countertop that gets used within a few months.
Mason jars work well. Especially with oxygen absorbers.
How long would it last ?
Years.

I vacuum seal that stuff into portions, then vacuum seal again into larger lots. I write the date on it with a sharpie and store in a cool dry place.
You can store rice and beans in 2 liter bottles
