You should be proud of yourselfā¦these last 90lbs will be tough, but youāre closer to the finish line than the start so you can do it šš
You will get there! Iāve lost around 200lbs so far (but granted thatās been slow and gradual over 4 + years).
Itās not easy, but donāt discourage yourself when things stall or get more difficult. Understand that a lot of the heavy lifting is done and behind you, and greener pastures are shortly ahead of you.

I've started stalling now and then. It's frustrating. I think right now that I'm just putting on a lot more muscle weight. That's what I hope anyway, lol.
Torrid, it's too expensive and I need to start branching out now that I'm fitting smaller clothing. I just don't even know where to start. I've been doing Torrid for so long now... ya know? Also... I've never felt this confident in my life. The outfit really helped though, I had somewhere important to be so I bought new clothes that fit for that dinner in particular. I felt so pretty!
I hear you! I lived for torrid clothes (especially/mostly their bralettes and panties). I dropped 90 pounds (so far, still have a bit to go) and find myself missing shopping there! Iāve started basically living in sports bras with the occasional Fenty bras/panties for when sports bras and leggings wonāt cut itā¦. I havenāt even shopped for nicer clothes yet because I have no idea where to begin. It usually just blows my mind that I can shop in the junior section again.

I just bought my first two crop tops, too! There is a brand I LOVE called Buff Bunny for sportswear and I bit the bullet! Iām not sure if Iāll ever get the guts to wear them out, but maybe eventually. I did recently start getting comfortable enough to wear my sports bras under low backed or long- arm holed (I canāt think of the termā¦) tank tops.. so a little more skin showing than before.

I bought two maxi skirts from bloomchic, took a little while for shipping but sizing was accurate and theyāre super cute. Although fast fashion is getting more backlash lately.
For Shein, I would suggest measuring yourself and checking the size details, they post the measurements for all their clothing. The sizes aren't terribly consistent but using the measurements works reliably.

I have a 30g protein drink. A 20g protein bar, and then various meat and cheese stuffs that I have as well as beans. And I get the protein yogurts for snacks. Typically, whatever I'm eating will have protein in it if I can swing it. I still have carbs I just prioritize protein!

hey!! Thank you for asking. I have put on a lot of muscle and weight loss has been a LOT slower. But I'm healthier and my monthly has actually come back. So thankfully it seems like I'm still progressing. I need to be more diligent in my cardio I think. I don't overeat like I once did. I do feel so much better as a whole. Still pushing!!!
