From a glance most of them are from Authentic Z the slots that get added from upgrading your backpack and the last few slots seem to be the ones from the toolbelt which I think is added from the mod "The Workshop"
Edit: all the slots are very single-purpose-slots. So each slot is for a specific item like water bottle, plushie, balloon, tools etc.

Level up tailoring and it'll give you the ability to upgrade your backpack mostly bigger items such as duffelbags and military ones. It's encumbrance is the same if you attach items on the backpack. Usually a show-out at best but can be useful as well, you don't have to pull your flashlight everytime etc. As it is available with the hotkey in an instant. Pretty cool stuff if you're into it.
I try not to dig through the bag myself that's why a back weapon, sling weapon, tool belt with screwdriver wrench hammer for quick dismantling, then flashlight. Waterbottle and canteen fo quick gulps, everything else for aesthetic purpose first aid kit, spiifo plushies and a balloon lol
Recommendation is get the mod that allows you to rearrange your hot bar slots. It's a lifesaver to be able to do that with my mouse to get the most important items on 3, 6, and 9(I have a 12 button mouse and it's fucking great. Bought it just for Ribaorld and it works great for other games too.)

I do use the EHE mod, but I've never encountered a single crashed helicopter before. Just my luck. Though I feel like this is a rare thing since the top helicopter is kinda clipping into the bottom one with its tail.

Itβs clutter and it clutters my brain just as much as it clutters my screen.

I usually attach crowbars to them to easily pop open doors without digging through the bag.
