If it's just s scratch your chance of being infected is only 7%. If you start getting queasy there's a good chance you're infected. Right now you're tired so I'd recommend finding a safe place to sleep soon
Don't look at it that way though! Even if you are infected and lose that character, you still had 98 hours worth of an adventure with him. It's inevitable you'll eventually make a mistake and die, no matter how good your stats are/ how good of a player you are
