Oh wow, Extermination, Shadow of Destiny and Life Line. Those are some deep cuts. Life Line is especially one of those games I tell people about and they tend to go: "Wait what? The microphone? And the PS2 game registers it?"
What's your response to that question. One of the best parts of that game is watching someone else play it and yell the same command over and over again because the game/microphone does not recognize what you're trying to to say.

I can think about a few like Echo Night: Beyond, Shadow Tower Abyss (Japan only), Forbidden Siren 2 (PAL / Japan), Michigan: Report from Hell (PAL / Japan), Gregory Horror Show (PAL / Japan), Phase Paradox (Japan), The tairyou Jigoku (Japan), Curse: Eye of Isis (PAL), Alone in the Dark: A new nightmare (PAL), etc.

100%! It’s such a fun game. New weapons, more story and cutscenes, new mechanics and improved level design. I still prefer the first one, but army of zin is by no means a step backwards in any way.

Extermination doesn’t get enough love. I know it was early in the life cycle, but it very quickly became one of my favorites when I first got my PS2.
I've tried that out before but it's been awhile. Doesn't it have like giant insects and the cold temperature can affect your health?

I've only played DMC3 (devil may cry 3)...I didn't really consider it to be *horror*...did DMC2 have more horror like themes?
DMC3 has elements of horror, so is included in horror genre like Onimusha series
