I barely owed anything on my 1500. I really thought it would be my only truck . If I didn’t need it to tow my new camper I wouldn’t have bought the 2500. I barely got sold on it , they offered me a good trade in and lowered the price on the truck more than I expected. Hard to say no.
I paid off my 1500 3 months ago…went to a dealer test drove the 2500 and traded in my 1500. I didn’t want another payment either but I loved the 2500. They gave me 20000 for my 2017 ram 1500 and I did walk out after trade in for 31000 on my 2500. I used carvana to get my trade in value up. At first they only wanted to give me 15000 for my trade in and I said no deal cuz carvana giving over 20000 for it
No I financed 25000 the car was 51000 I did 72 month financing for 404 but I pay more than that every month. I also put 6k down and my 20k trade in as well
The payment isn’t bad. I try to pay over 500 a month the 404 is just for me if one month I can’t pay more…it’s always good to be 3 months ahead of payment at least
The new one has a 6.4 hemi and the 1500 was a 5.7. I really wanted a Cummins but I couldn’t justify buying a diesel for my use of the truck. But man would that Cummins be nice..
Yea I hear yea I wanna restore my dad’s LBZ Duramax in the future for my diesel truck project or rebuild the drivetrain and put it into a different car like a 1969 Chevelle or challenger or something. But where is the 6.4 Hemi badge on the new truck?

It’s actually the color I wanted for my 1500 but they didn’t have one anywhere near at the time. Really happy to get it this time.

So what’s your new payment looking like for a loan of $11,000? I imagine somewhere in the ballpark of $300/month?

Good question, I can’t find it lol. Either my truck doesn’t have it or the new ones don’t .

It’s a 2024 brand new , just got it yesterday 125 mile on the odometer.
Wow that’s pretty good when I got my 06 it had 225km on the odometer so idk what that is in miles but pretty good!
