I am fully integrated and have amazing relationships with Germans and the same is true for one of my best friends who is Turkish as well. Once you adjust and learn their ways it is easy for them to like and include you. But most Turks are very different in terms of mentality, lifestyle, manners, religion and ethics so it's natural that there is difficulty and bias.
