Not sharing someone's beliefs isn't a form of discrimination, prejudice, hatred, or phobia. If not believing that men who identify as women are women constitutes bigotry against such people, then not believing that Jesus was the son of God constitutes discrimination against Christians, and not believing that the Earth is flat is phobic against flat-Earthers.
That is both transphobic and a dumb thing to say. It's like saying "blonde women aren't real women - they're blonde women!" Trans is a verb, and saying "trans women are trans women" implies MTF people are lesser than AFAB people and not real women (or at least, not as much of a woman as AFAB people) which is transphobic.

Children and adolescents absolutely can suffer from gender dysphoria. There is specific criteria for diagnosing gender dysphoria in children. As it is a medical condition, it requires treatment. You want to deny people medically necessary treatment solely to satisfy a fringe ideological agenda.
If you don’t believe children (including teenagers) can be trans or gay, how can you believe people are born LGBT? It’s not a choice, so do you magically become trans or gay after you turn 18?
