Just here to hate on iCims

Laxrools2

Not as bad compared to WorkDay lol

etaschwer

I ❤️ iCIMS.

Nikaelena

Recently switched from BrassRing to iCIMS and it is HORRIBLE in every respect.

MartinJoinsReddit

How so? What was the issue

Nikaelena

It is extremely click heavy, is not user friendly, has a horrible reporting system, and we are unable to make mass updates to candidates or send mass emails efficiently. Transitioned from BrassRing which, while not perfect, was certainly better than iCIMS.

SirReservesAlot

Cant stand them!

NedFlanders304

What about the AI bots and ghost jobs?? 😉

etaschwer

Those are both mythical creatures.

Sea-Cow9822

lever and ashby and two platforms on the rise! they also don’t have resume scanning features.

These are more in-house ATS systems. Hardly any search firm would use these. ATS's used by search firms are (and most if not all have a CRM/Campaign component) * Loxo -My favorite and IMHO the best hands down * Crelete - A great choice and veru close to Loxo but issues with CS and nickle and dime you for add ons (click to call, SMS, etc) * PCRecruiter - An industry standard for decades. Slow to catch up on some stuff * Bullhorn * BigBiller- Good split system via top echlon (this it Top Echelon's ATS) * RecruitCRM * Jobin.cloud- New to the game and has some great features. Sign up for the free version and use their x-ray search and there automation to remove old outstanding LI connection requests. * Tracker * Recuitflow * Recruitly- UK based and not bad at all * Vincere- heard some good and bad about this ATS. Platform looks great. * Manatal- Decent bang for your buck ATS. like $10-15 a month with a lot of features. * CEIPAL- IMHO one of the best and a great price point ($150 +/- a month for 5 seats) for Temp/Contract recruiting firms I am sure I missed a bunch but these are ones I have used or demoed in my 20+ career. All these have a Chrome extension to parse LI., monster, indeed, etc... profiles into your ATS.

omgitssomethingshiny

Brass Ring hasn’t been called that in almost 20 years. Kenexa bought them in the early aughts…

VMD18940

And IBM bought Kenexa it's a consolidation world I still call Infor, Lawson, and it's been 10 years since the merger

nerdybro1

Ex-keneca and IBM here!

edudspoolmak

What the fuck? What recruiter doesn’t know what an ATS is?

Rasputin_mad_monk

This sub seems to be more candidates and inhouse HR/TA's then firm recruiters. Look at the posts asking good questions about biz dev, overcoming onjections, etc... getting downvoted.

edudspoolmak

That’s why we need an r/resumes, r/jobs, r/careeradvice or something like that. So this sub can be about professional advancement, which is sorely needed after reading through some of the shit on this sub.

Rasputin_mad_monk

I do not know what happened but it used to be much more about recruitment a couple years ago. The last 6-12 months has seen recruitnghell users leak in as well as tons of candidates. Of all the mods only one is still real active on here. Unless they have alts a couple of the mods have not posted anything on reddit for years

Also, Jobvite has both ATS and CRM.
