Do these two phones show up as active in your account? Are they active on 4.0 or 5.0?

I think so. I can't see where to find that, specifically, on my account, but they can make calls. The 'My Account' section shows them having used most/all of their data, but one phone shows far less used and a different total.

You should be able to see your two phones when you login to your RW account at the following link: https://account.republicwireless.com/accountmgt/ Do you see a 5.0 plan name (Only What You Need / Everything you want / Everywhere you go) or do you see a 4.0 plan? Did the SIM cards come from another active phone or are these new SIM cards you are using for the first time?

Plan is "Only what you need". I have 3 lines on this account and see all three. 1 SIM came from a different phone that was working but had similar issues. The other SIM (other phone) was new, but it was accidentally put in a non-compatible phone (boost) first.

The X on the cell signal icon indicates that cellular data is disabled, either by yourself or the network. On your side you can look to make sure you don't have cellular data disabled on the phone, or have some cellular data limit enabled in the settings. If cellular data is disabled by the network you'll need to work with official support (make the phone call to RW support).

I had the same issues when moving to a 5.0 plan with 2 - Moto G Powers. Tried everything to correct it myself but had to call support to fix it. Recently, I purchased a fully unlocked Pixel 7 Pro, nothing but trouble again, every time I need to use data I need to turn mobile data off and on again. After 7+ years with RW, I just left for another provider on one phone to try it out.
