As someone whos been grinding (without trades because im not cheap) to get all milllion dollar vehicles for months now I would say you should get Drone then go for Jet heres a mini list of the million dollar vehicles from what u should get first to get last

Army heli big af which means cant fit in some places like volcano base, easier to spot and taken down by cops, slow ahh respawn in 1m dealership. Id only use Army heli for cargo now
Jet is really good, imo if you get the handling down it's the best 1 mil ever,
It's really good for grinding too cause of it's speed and the fact that it's an aerial vehicle
Ngl, id suggest not to buy a jet and save for concept/buy another million dollar vehicle. Get it through trading. If they're generous, a 600k vehicle and some adds should be enough
as a cop, i love shooting down groups of crims with the heatseeking missile, but its quite an expense if you don’t manage to arrest them. similar to top comment, buy it if u wanna have fun
I like the jet a lot, but even if you buy one you'd only be using it 50% of the time. It has 2 spawn points in semi-remote locations of the map and barely fits in the volcano base. Once you get skilled with it, however, it's a joy to use. Heat seeking missiles are fun and can be useful for annoying cops/taking down criminals, use them sparingly as they're $1000 each. If you play the game often and can master the jet then buy it; otherwise I'd get the drone
Scenarios where jet is good.
1. Gang of cops/crims just wiped you. You are angry and they are being toxic.
2.Blackhawk is rocket spamming at you and you are getting annoyed.
3. Another jet from the opposite team exists.
4. You want to get around the map FAST but aren’t afraid of losing your vehicle.
5.Commit war crimes on the prison.
If you really want the jet, but also the best value for your money, I would recommend buying volt, and then try to trade it for the jet plus some light adds
def. people who says its hard to control doesnt use it. it takes 2 days for me to get used to it, and 2 weeks of trial and errors to get in and out of volcano base without problem. its definitely worth it

It's really hard to stop though. Whenever I try to stop the jet at prison, I have to jump and get yeeted into the air
