Permission to board, matey? I have long history on the seas, have broken the codes long ago, but have had too many ships taken from me (Mobdro, others).
Yes but I need allll the games đ
For sec network games I get creative tho
Edit: downvotes? Weird we are all on same side here I don't even get it for saying I want to watch every game?? but OK
CBS never had all the games anyway so you are in the same position as you always were?
Personally speaking YouTube TV has been the best streaming cable alternative Iâve used. Price continues to creep though⌠I will be interested to see if all games will be available on the new sports-only service that ESPN and Fox and co. are doing together.
Yes well I figured out ways to watch non CBS games on my PC but I don't want to do that this season for every game and I don't understand how I'm in the same position I've always been that doesn't even make sense? Just wanted to get some opinions from fans. roll tide
Because ESPN has had all games but the CBS games for since the SEC network launched. This new contract just moves all CBS games to ESPN which includes ABC
I just meant that you would always have to find another way to watch all the other games except the CBS one. The same will apply now as youâll be able to watch the games on ABC through your antenna and then still have the find the others by other means, thatâs all.
Like I always do, on tv with a Hulu live subscription. Sometimes I even listen to them on the radio, 106.9 fm . Letâs get out of here , Chris Stewart.
If you donât mind paying for YouTube TV for a few months, itâs the best way Iâve found to watch the games. Signing up is easy, and so is cancelling, but youâre still paying just under $80 a month or $26.33 per game if you only watch 15 games a season (including the CFP).
Reminder: ESPN+ is not a comprehensive on-demand ESPN streaming service; itâs extra content and games that arenât shown elsewhere. You will not get Alabama games from subscribing to ESPN+. You have to pay for ESPN, whether thatâs through cable or a streaming service like YouTube or Sling.
YouTubeTV has been fantastic. I record everything Alabama athletics with no DVR limit and can watch from any device, TV, phone, iPad, web browser, gas pump mini screen, wherever.
All the ones I need. I get all local channels in Bham market, ESPN 1/2/U/News, SECN, and for the upcoming tv changes I get both TBS and TNT, whichever they said they will use. Plus like 100 other channels including all of the main ones. You can see your channel lineup for your zip code on the YTTV homepage.
Very happy with it for the price. We just have the basic package too.
I also have the Disney bundle which includes espn+ in the event something airs over there.
Firestick
Also couple websites you can watch any game any sport. I use it for out of market NFL games
There is also IPTV which is the here & now and will be standard.
Tv mate is great interface for IPTV like 10 bucks for lifetime. You can subscribe to a service way cheaper than usual suspects or get free service
TV is free
I just get Fubo for CFB season and then cancel when itâs over. Itâs expensive month to month, but there are typically cash back and sign up promos.Â
ESPN+ doesnât give you the games. You can use the ESPN app to watch them, but you have to log in with a cable (or streaming) service provider.
Sling and YouTube TV are both great options. Sling used to let you do an extended free trial (it was either 14 or 30 days, I canât remember which) but now is only a 3 day trial. I used to use different email addresses and used trials the entire season but you canât anymore.
There was an issue a couple of years ago where Sling lost the rights to ESPN. It only happened for a few weeks but it pushed me to YouTube TV for the rest of the season.
Sling is cheaper and a good option if you only want to watch football. If I remember correctly you only need one color (canât remember which one) plus there is an add on that offers the SEC Network. Iâm pretty sure one color has ESPN plus the NFL network and the other has the three ESPNs (1, 2, and News) so one is good if you are an NFL fan and the other is good for CFB.
YouTube TV is more expensive but is a really good streaming service. I loved the interface and the streaming quality seemed to be better. For me it was about $30 more expensive so I went back to Sling.
There are ways to pirate streams. If thatâs your thing and spending $50 a month to use a service is too much then they are a great option. I am a Kodi fan for movies, but have never had much luck with sports. Too inconsistent and for me the stream quality has always been bad (low resolution and inconsistent). I would rather pay and know I can turn it on and not have to fight to find a working pirate stream.
Itâs the exact same as itâs been for the last decade. ABC games are over the air just like CBS games were and all others are broadcast by the ESPN family of networks. Not a single thing has changed when it comes to what you need to be able to watch the games.
No they arenât, every game for the last decade outside of the Texas game in 22 has been on either CBS or the ESPN family of networks. This year will be just like every other year for the last 10, approximately 5 games on over the air station and 7 on ESPN family of networks. And this year you will actually have one more than normal over the air because of the Wisconsin game being on Fox.
Honestly i used to do my plundering back in the day and swore by it but most of the time it was the buggiest thing ever and over time it got pretty annoying having to constantly click out of chat rooms all the time. So one day i said screw it and got youtube tv and honestly idk how i ever lived without it. Split stream is a god send that if you were able to pick the games would be perfect. Pair that with an appletv and its OP
At that price youâre likely bundling Disney+ and ESPN+, and ad-free as well (non-live content). Â
To the OP: Â Everyone here seems to love YT & Sling, but read the fine print on all these (including Hulu) and pick the one that fits YOU the best. Â For example, Sling *might* be less attractive in a larger household with multiple TVs to feed.

I want to do some research so I can teach people how to avoid pirated content. What devices and services should I tell them to avoid?
I dmâd as well!
I'd also like to avoid this. Please DM me!
Sent you a DM
I need to research this as well...
Very curious myself
Second this. Can someone tell me how to avoid pirated sporting events
Permission to board, matey? I have long history on the seas, have broken the codes long ago, but have had too many ships taken from me (Mobdro, others).
My man!
Too unreliable for me and screen small. It also lags if I HDMI to tv. I get it tho.
ABC is going to carry the game of the week as it were, I think itâll be in prime time rather than 2:30, though.
Yes but I need allll the games đ For sec network games I get creative tho Edit: downvotes? Weird we are all on same side here I don't even get it for saying I want to watch every game?? but OK

That's why I posted about how to watch those games. Sling Yt tv etc
Like I always do, on tv with a Hulu live subscription. Sometimes I even listen to them on the radio, 106.9 fm . Letâs get out of here , Chris Stewart.

Sling is $40/month and has espn 1 2 and 3
What about SEC Network and ESPNU?
I get creative for those games but i definitely watch them
It also has no local channels.
I get local thru antenna I already have
TNT as well which a few CFP games will be on. Went with Sling for the ncaa tourney and worked out well. Will probably go with it again for football
Thanks i thought so
Hoist the colors!
I pay $51 for sling and all sports on it
You get SEC network? What package color? Or is it custom? Sorry I'm not well versed on sling
Yes and blue with the orange add on I think
Brain does not compute blue plus orange anything.
Thank you RTR
Traitor!!
YouTube tv
YouTubeTV has been fantastic. I record everything Alabama athletics with no DVR limit and can watch from any device, TV, phone, iPad, web browser, gas pump mini screen, wherever.
Nice
I normally get Hulu live tv for the season ⌠YouTube have all of the sports networks ?

Nice. Thanks
On my tv like always. The only difference is the 2:30 CBS game had moved to ABC and it wonât always be a 2:30 kick

At least one if the games every week will be on ABC, so you have that going for you.
Get a buddyâs cable login, download ESPN app on SmartTV, login, voilĂ
I would imagine you have to stream on youtube like you said.

Hulu/ESPN+ is what we use. We can see all of the games even out of state.

I love that the university gives us students xfinity streaming for free, it is awesome since it has every sports channel

I pay for Hulu Live for $90/mo.Â

U Tube TV is the best for the fall football games.
