My husband and I disembarked 3weeks ago (start of may) with 1500 points and 2000points, checked our clubroyale account, and still nothing. Hoping the start of the month will be when they load their offers.
You get free cruises three ways:
1. If you are part of club Royale and have hit Prime level (2,500 points) you will receive one cruise a year in April. Prime gets an interior cabin / Signature gets balcony / master gets a grand suite. The club year runs April - March and determines your level for following year.
2. The points you earn while you are actively on a cruise earns you an offer. Your 1100 points got you $250 off. Free cruises start at 3,000. The cabin type and free play offers go up the more points you get. My most common level is 6,500 points which gets me an offer for balcony room and $750 free play. I have gone as high as a Jr Suite with 1,500 free play. They give you a hard copy offer in your cabin the last night of your cruise. The offer will also show up in your clubroyaleoffers.com account.
3. Email offers come randomly based on their ever changing marketing goals. Sometimes I get 5 in a month, sometimes none for a couple of months.
I have been cruising once a month for 1 1/2 years on free casino cruises. Yes I spend money gambling but I would have done that anyway. The higher you get in the club the more perks you get. Prime gets you free drinks in the casino, higher levels get free internet, priority boarding, spa discounts, no fees when getting cash in casino, etc. there’s a full list on the club offer site.

If you really hit 1100 points your last cruise, you should’ve pushed it to 1200. That gives you a guaranteed free cruise and they put the certificate on your door the second to last night.
I get the offers in my email which is the same offer on the website. I also receive a mailer once a month.
I know…I ran out of money lol. I brought $400 for the casino and wanted to stick to that. I managed to play it through to build up the 1100 points though

If the ‘conversion rate’ everyone shares (1 point for every ~$5 played) is accurate, then I would say I was pretty lucky! I only put in $400 of my own money yet still managed to build up 1100 points.
As long as you keep gambling you will earn offers, I will take a cruise on September from Seattle to Tokyo, almost for free, just needed to pay for taxes (around $200)

I received the news directly to my stateroom, and a QR to scan to see which ship, which dates, and the level of staterooms offered, in some cruises were balcony, some others ocean view, and some other interior staterooms were offered…
So, first, I can say yes, it works, secondly, I didn’t knew that there’s a Royal website, I will check it out, but for sure, if you can seize the offer, I truly recommend you to take it

Yes even with 1100 points you should get offers. Had you reached 1200 on your last cruise you would have received a free cruise offer voucher for an inside room on select salings.
