My friend is in dispute with samsung on repair of her new phone (3month old) with 2yr warentee they keep sending it back saying they repaired it only to have the same fault develope .. so back it goes and back it come repaired .. they will not give her a replacement or give her money back.. goods not fit for purposes
So much for warrantee
Take the matter further up the chain, if the device keeps getting the same fault occurring even after repairs, there is something wrong with the device.
Pops got samsung smartphone/first smartphone couple years ago. Was a flip phone guy before, Wife, children, and I got him to ditch the flip and get a smartphone (Old school chap, just giving some detail)
Pops phone wasn't working (genuinely), overheard him calling support/agents or wtvr tf. End of the day I learned reaching someone up the chain is easy haha. Pops got a better phone at discount. Fuck them script readers!!
Not sure if you have insurance through your service provider but if you do, they will completely replace the device. Just did that for my S21 ultra last week. Worth to look into.
EE fixed my phone under warranty, my S24+ kept crashing and freezing up. They have Samsung techs, so they replaced the motherboard and replaced the processor. Seems to be working fine now.
And it's the same phone i had back.

Jimbobthon... try telling that to Samsung agents.. they read from scripts and repeat the same dribble over and over again.
