I think you have several misunderstandings about the new inpainting options. ##Inpaint Area: ###Whole Picture: When "whole picture" is selected, the whole image is fed into SD as context when generating the new inpainted pixels. This would be equivalent to having the old "Inpaint at full resolution" **Unchecked**. ###Only Masked When "Only Masked" is selected, the image fed into SD is cropped to the size of the inpainting area, plus the padding specified by the slider. If you select a 100 x 100 area with a 32 pixel padding, the input to SD is cropped to 164 x 164, then upscaled to your image generation size, and then downscaled back down to 164 x 164 when pasting back to the original image. This is equivalent to using the old "Inpaint at full resolution" **Checked**.

That's the thing. It's not different whatever box is checked. It's ignoring my prompt entirely. No matter what model or options I have selected.

https://imgur.com/a/dz4cTRb No idea what to tell you then besides update A1111 again. It's working perfectly fine for me. In the image you can see I'm using just the basic SD 1.5, generating a yellow tabby cat from a bush with no issue. Sampler: Euler A Steps: 19 CFG: 7 Denoising Strength: 0.9 Inpaint Area: Only Masked Only masked padding, pixels: 32 If you enable image previews you can get a better idea at what might be going wrong: **Settings -> User Interface -> Show image image creation progress every N steps**

Same issue. Looking for solutions

Please let me know if you found any solutions to this.

I have the same issue but only with Firefox, it's working with edge and chrome.

I started having this issue tonight on a setup that was working fine yesterday. I suspect that my inpainting is ignoring my prompt and instead using the prompt embedded in the png file. I can inpaint external images just fine.
