It's because you can only rate products you buy. The people buying these either think it's suitable or don't care. The ratings are based off the actual quality of the product, not how suitable it is for fish
How is this an aquarium? It's an underwater hell in a caplet sized cell. Batman's bat pouch where he stores his emergency fish for some stupid contingency that only he can understand. A hermit crab would self delete due to claustrophobia, and the ptsd induced stress of living in a double shell. Hell a hermit might not be able to turn and a betta would go mad in days.

Brother I can't even handle living in a 300sqft studio apartment how tf would anyone think this size would be acceptable. I wouldn't even use it as a temporary or transfer container
I can see it’s photoshop but I can’t imagine a real fish would have any more room to move. Why not just stick them in a drinking cup at that point? It would be roomier.
(Not suggesting anyone put their fish in a cup as a living space)

Imo petsmart having these as temp containers is better than the cups, but it’s as permanent home it sucks.

I think because it's a 3-chamber container, and they just hadn't put in the second insert yet.
