Um extra sauce? That is NOT a thing 😭 but if that's how you feel (🥲) you can freeze it for more pasta, use it on bread, put it on a rice cake, orrrrr....put it on chicken? There's loads you can do really 😅
Either spread the remaining sauce on bread and pop that in the broiler, or put all the pasta with the sauce into a dish into the oven make a sketty brick
I always have this problem. I suck at measuring portion sizes. But it’s better than the opposite problem. Too much sauce is always better than not enough.

The bagged ones are also like ₱200
The really good parmigiano reggiano from S&R is like around ₱1000 for a slice

I used to do that all the time with chili, pea soup and spaghetti sauce. Constantly. Start with like 5 quarts and end up in 20 quart stock pot.
