The way the hem is raised in a gravity-defying way solely to show the knickers. It’s not flying up in the breeze, it looks like a solid heavy band that has just been drawn invisibly suspended. Making the whole thing really gratuitous.
Maybe the insane nipple is to balance out the lack of an arm on that side.
And the crazy arm is to balance out the lack of a nipple.

They are exceptionally hard to draw! I spent more time agonizing over the details of knuckle wrinkles than I spent on most other features. Hands cannot draw themselves easily.. it’s too weird for them.

A flower? Shouldn't it be covered by the raising skirt?
