could be boa, pinto, or tiger caridina. there are just too many colors/mixes and we dont know if these are "pure bred" or crossed with any other colors.
I'm not gonna lie, I was the sleepiest person on earth when I wrote that and I think I just typed boa just because i felt like it and hit post because I decided I didn't care. I'm a menace I apologize
Looks a lot like ones I recently got. They were sold as black galaxy caridinas, but mentioned black pinto, fishbone, snowflake, and maybe a couple others in the listing that they have genes for.
google search: galaxy metallic shrimp to be more specific I would say you have a good grade blue/black galaxy fishbone shrimp.
this is how they sell it here in EU at least in some parts.
around here 1 would cost about 7-10$ which is pretty high given 1 cherry is 1$ and most other kinds are like 2-6$/each

I have a few moms that look like this, but less cape, im jealous.
You wouldn't find these in a fish store, they are too hard to keep properly for the average fish tank (requiring R.O water and remineralizing etc)
If you like these, you'll LOVE the [BLACK STARDUST](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0281/3103/3152/files/1IMG_4321.jpg?v=1653021277)

They are Black Nanacy ( **Taibee Pinto** ), they are then mixed with the fishbone to get the advanced black nanacy (fish bone being the white pattern on the tail)

The cool light blues into the white are from the BOA gene and give them the metallic shine.
