This is the one. They are cardinia galaxy fishbones. I have loads of them. If you mix them with a black/blue carinidia shrimp, you'll mostly get black/blue pinto or galaxy fishbones I've found.
Similarly with breeding them with each other, they want to he pinto shrimp. So you have to selectively breed/cull if you want to keep the nice fishbone line or try to breed them to a boa pattern eventually.
I'm trying to mix them with blue bolts atm to see what happens with this mix.

That's clearly a Giratina not a shrimp
Looks like a form of a tiger shrimp. I just got a few of those from the local fish store myself.
