Issue a charge back, delete the app and never use again

BuffaloGlittering130

You’re right, I’ll do that. Thank you so much.

LouisRielsAR-15

This is the only option lol I can’t wait to till these third party delivery services go out of service.

Electronic_Law5397

This company sells shifts through third-party apps to drivers. They are here just to make money; they are thugs. Call your bank and get a refund.

pinaywife6969

So Skip has to provide security services to guard your order because your too lazy or too slow to get it in a timely fashion and some random person stole it? Yeah good luck with that one...keep dreaming

DifferentAmbition294

Maybe read again before making a comment.

SirLunatik

reading is hard

BuffaloGlittering130

The order was delivered in front of another building, and when I went to the other building, it wasn’t there. Furthermore, I specified that the order had to be delivered to my apartment’s door, not the building entrance, and I went to check for the order the moment the app said it was delivered. I expect of the deliverer to deliver my order to the right address, I’m not expecting them to guard it.

Background_Thing6657

The GPS can tell exactly where the driver was when he took the picture.

ch7qq

You can *request* delivery to your apartment door, but Skip doesn't require it, so many drivers will just deliver to the building door/lobby. Skip considers a building/lobby drop-off to be a successful delivery, regardless of what you request in the notes.

Background_Thing6657

Honestly I have always done the buzzer and dropped off at door unless elevator is out of service. And thats a big part of my zone

Reality_is_illusion-

That's risk you take with getting Skip the dishes, Door dash,Uber eats, Grub hub then these drivers demand big tips from Customers when it's the companies job to pay them
