The biggest one we face is in Frostflow, the [largest](https://reddit.com/r/skyrim/s/tUuY9w0Ope) one we've seen was used for structural support.
They get far larger where the Falmer roam unimpeded beyond Blackreach and beyond all those collapsed passages in Dwemer ruins.
Swimming in the water lol. I've never liked going into the water in any games (like ark, raft, literally any game where there's a large body of water) but I feel very strongly about it in Skyrim because the water is very dark and it's a little hard to see stuff. And yes, I absolutely *despise* Narfi's quest. Aquaphobia is so nice, isn't it?
I've always wished there could be sea life in Skyrim. Sadly, mods to include always seem to be buggy. Nothing nasty..neccessarily. Something like Basking Sharks; big, intimidating looking..and totally harmless. They could scare the crap out of you, looming out there in the dark water, but not actually be a threat.
Obvious choice, but the Morthal/Helgi quest…when you have to find “her” in the coffin and she says Lalette wants to play too

Nothing wrong with her pursuing Captain Lonely-Gale, but after some time spent in Candlehearth Hall, I noticed she was after him constantly. He'd tell her it was too soon since losing his wife, and she'd accept that, then not even a few minutes later she'd be asking him again.
I'm paraphrasing here, but it was definitely the impression of
Her: "You over your dead wife yet?"
Him: "No, I'm not."
Her: "Ok."
Her: ...

The torture victims when you take over the Dark Brotherhood. I only recently tried talking to them - they each have a hidden treasure you can pry out of them, but if you to back a second time, you find three of them are all in agony, and ONE is faking it!
That last one made me jump in my seat.
That is why I went back a second time! Felt bad. Then found out one was faking agony. Some kind of seasoned spy used to torture. I realized this game will never stop surprising me ha ha

Used to sneak through every ruin and dungeon waiting for something to come out of nowhere. Now…..overpowered and just run in and kill everything. Pop an Ultimate Healing potion if needed and keep on rolling. I don’t mess with minor healing or standard healing potions anymore.
My entire first playthrough I went through the entirety of every dungeon with my bow drawn, just in case something popped out at me (it was my first video game and I was absolutely terrified the whole time)
That one Thalmor guy in Markarth, Ondolemar, has a completely unique mouth. As in, no other PC in the game has the same mouth design, and it's not one you can pick in character creation. I just... Why???
Oh yeah, one more thing. The fog in Soverngarde. The thought of being lost in a thick fog, alone and confused, for the rest of eternity, fills me with existential dread.
I’ve been playing since release, and I still get a little creeped out just walking around in the wilderness exploring. I know that’s a huge part of the game haha, but it can certainly be unsettling. Playing without music makes it even more so.
The Soul Cairn. Everything about it. I remember my first time there, before I figured out you had to eat the soul husks, the Ideal Masters killed me before I even knew what was happening. Also, eating soul husks...ew! What even are those supposed to be? And then, after seeing all the horror of the Soul Cairn, I continued trapping souls with impunity. SMH
That soul trapping people sends them to torment and eternal limbo in the soul cairn.... all those souls...
Oh and hearing a bear roar... "I get it, you exist, just shut up about it and stop watching me"

Another one is the kid in windhelm that introduces the dark brotherhood, the house gives me the creeps
This is an odd one, but for some reason, going out of bounds in any part of Skyrim gives me the absolute chills. I love OOB and noclip glitches/cheats in any other game, but for whatever reason in Skyrim it just feels *wrong.*

The fog is not Sovngard, it's caused by that damn dragon Alduin.
