There are micro greens vendors at my farmers market that sell out weekly. I’ve recently seen local restaurants advertising the use of those greens.
I don’t know anything about the model, except that they’re very popular.
Yikes that sounds like a lot of work and a decent learning curve. But to be clear, I DON'T KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT THAT BUSINESS. I'm just saying, if you are looking for a way to add some extra income, there have to be many more "traditional" ways to do it. Just sayin'
