There isn't a schedule, RTF is a passion project done when inspiration hits. We plan future dubs, but never set project dates in stone. There's a lot of busy people involved, so work is done based on the free time and, frankly, mental space of everyone. There's a lot of work, particularly in the prep, scheduling, and editing departments, that goes into getting a dub off the ground, so when we finish one, we tend to take a nice long break to focus on other projects and life stuff.
They don't seem to have a schedule, just uploading them when they're done. I guess if you were looking for updates penny probably puts them on the community tab of her channel/twitter. Plus trailers when they get closer.
