To reduce the spam of reports regarding the same move during transfer windows we try to allow **only one submission about each transfer saga per day**. The submission in question also needs to contain relevant new information regarding the potential move, and not just being a "no/minor developments" report. If there are important/official developments or new valuable information about a saga, we will allow extra threads in the same day, but for the rest of minor news please just comment them as a reply to this comment. Please help us reporting unnecessary threads for being duplicates. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Do Coventry have the money? I know that the owner is promising money, but...

We sold Gyokeres and Hamer for £36M last summer. Record season ticket sales and an FA cup semi-final run and rumoured sponsorship from Monzo. If Gyokeres gets sold by Sporting, we have a 20% sell-on clause so there's decent money coming our way. Ben Sheaf could be sold to fund several more transfers as well. We're by no means rich and still a long way from the parachute payments teams but Mark Robins has achieved a lot on peanuts so hopefully, now we have some money to spend, we can be in the premier league in the next few years, and stay there.

I heard about the unique future PL season ticket that was sold as well. Pretty good idea.

Asprilla18

What's that?

To quote the Coventry fan that told me about it, > Ticket frozen at £500 for 5 years (in line with our owner's 5 year plan to be promoted within that time) and our first season ticket in the prem is free

Asprilla18

oooooh I like that a lot thank you!

Electrical_Invite300

So long as we're promoted within that 5 year period.

Rumours that Ben Sheaf is off and Stamenic plays like a direct replacement. We’ve also been linked with a guy called Alvyn Sanches from Lausanne for £4m who’s a more attacking midfielder. Very exciting summer in store.

TheJackoHype

Exciting but sad. Two direct replacements for core members of the team

beefersutherland1

This seems like it might be a possible replacement for Sheaf if we get an offer we can't refuse. Still need a dynamic midfielder who can replce Hamer from last year

BoxBiscuitBarn

Throw another snag on the barbie for Marko
