He’s so fun to watch, constantly positive play, great short passing and dribbling, insanely composed for how young he is. It scares me to think how good he could be, he’s already fast approaching becoming one of the world’s best.
Doesn’t matter though. He’s insane already. Even if he stays at this level, he’ll still have an unbelievable career. Mental man.
Just like young Messi he just needs some coolness when shooting to convert his chances. Creating them is already easy as hell for him even against veteran players.
Considering there's a lot of people talking about his finishing this game, I'd say the same thing I read on Vinicius years ago: instead of focusing on what he can't do, pay attention to what he already does.
his finishing is very good he just lacks confidence to try and score more (see his goals with Barca they’re not a lot but most of them are very good, he also really likes the crossbar)
>He’s a threat on and off the ball. Only thing lacking is the finish.
And finishing is usually a bit of a coin toss. Even his season with Barca he's scored less than you would hope but it's been a lot of cases of hitting the bar. Eventually shots are going to start going in.
I think for Spain this tournament he isn't being instructed to press as much as he does for Barca but he's also shockingly good in defence and at winning the ball high up the pitch.
Everyone is talking about Nico (his first game wasn't even good) and Lamine but Fabian has been so consistent and good every game. By far the best player for Spain imo.
The finishing isn't deadly yet, but that's about it. The passing, creativity, directness, dribbling, it's all world class already. And on top of that he stays calm and doesn't engage in any bullshit. Gonna have an amazing career.
Right foot as well, he doesn’t really experience the disadvantages of not having a right foot though, but having one would help massively with unpredictability and crossing/finishing
I saw him play in person for only about 15 minutes against Albania but even in that time it was easy to see what a talented player he is. Along with Nico Williams he's an absolute joy to watch and I hope his career develops into all it promises to. It's an exciting time to be a Spaniard.

Just needs to stay injury free. Hopefully Barca manages his minutes
>Hopefully Barca manages his minutes *Narrator: they will not*
Tbf no club really manages minutes for youngsters with this much talent. Look at Mainoo and Saka etc..
I'd argue we did manage minutes quite well with Musiala.
Tbf Musiala started with Flick and was well managed (quite different but still, Hansi will make them top tier athletes)

Stop talking about how good he’ll be, and talk about how good he already is
yeah i mean he already starts for barca and spain, not much more you can ask for
not just starts, but arguably the most dangerous player for both.
To play like prime Messi at the age of 16. \*brings a belt to whip him if he doesn't perform
Can escape from Italy's and Croatia's markers, but can't escape from *la chancla*
There is no way getting FC child labor. Gotta make profit from this sweatshop.
In 10 years he'll be 26 and reaches his peak form

Reminds me of Mbappé’s come up but at a younger age “Kylian Mboopi invented running and he’s only 12 years old, crazy”

he's the best RW of the tournament by some distance not really any in copa america playing up to his level either
He’s legit the best player of the tournament. He’s a threat on and off the ball. Only thing lacking is the finish.
The best part is his scoring was like one of the best attributes of his in youth. The only thing that's yet to catch up.
his finishing is very good he just lacks confidence to try and score more (see his goals with Barca they’re not a lot but most of them are very good, he also really likes the crossbar)
The crossbar streak he was on for a part of this season was pain to watch

He's up there, but Kroos, Lobotka, Akanji, Mamardashvili were more important for their respective teams IMO
Musiala
Love to watch him play, next to Yamal
Definitely not as good as Yamal in this tournament.
He's brilliant, but I don't even think he's the best player for Spain. Nico, Rodri, Fabian have arguably been better.
Everyone is talking about Nico (his first game wasn't even good) and Lamine but Fabian has been so consistent and good every game. By far the best player for Spain imo.
you guys should look up his goal against Bilbao this season. it was genuinely an insane goal. like one of the best players in the world type of goal.
Exactly, I hate that the guy is so freaking good at six fucking teen
If Barca can buy Nico, they will have incredibly dangerous flanks. Both of them are so good
Watch them choose those Paris oil money for Yamal instead..
There‘s no way they would do that.
Barca let go of Messi because of financial hardship. Not saying it will happen but anything is possible
That's coz it was close to impossible to keep messi financially back then, barca aren't in a position that they must sell their players
this isn’t 2021 anymore.
How would you describe your situation now? Is it realistic for you to sign Nico?
Only way would be the entirety of Barças debt. I wouldn't be mad

That kid is making all kinds of history!

Wonderful tournament this young man is having.
Let him cook!
Imagine having Messi 2.0 for 10 years and then you realize that he will be 26.
I don’t want to jinx it 🤞🏻…so I am just gonna say he is really bad and I don’t enjoy watching him at all
He’s just about to turn 17 lol that’s fucked
He could realistically play in the next *6* European Championships.
Why is this post not mentioning his full name? When you say his name, it should always be "16 year old Lamine Yamal"
