Ribs is massively underrated. Over winter break in college my best friend and I drove to Indianapolis from Muncie, IN for a New Year’s Eve party and I remember all of the city lights (I’m from Springfield IL so not really in a big city), it was snowing and it was such a beautiful core memory with ribs playing in the background. One of the best nights ever.
