You’ll almost certainly be fine. Distribute it through your luggage and don’t have it all together so it doesn’t look like a lot even if you do get stopped.
Seems you can bring 60ml of perfume (edp and higher concentration im assuming) and a quarter litre of eau de toilette - this is stated in MRIA page tho, not BIA.

I wouldn't recommend doing it, especially if you're going through TSA or any North American immigration. You can't bring over 100ml of liquid (each), and if the scans show multiple liquid bottles, they'll open and question you, and that is too much of a hassle. Additionally, all the liquids in your hand luggage must be in a small clear bag. Maybe these rules are different when you are coming from the Middle East or somewhere else. What I do is wrap the bottles in bubble wrap, then wrap them again with a piece of clothing, and put them in my luggage.

I don't know if there is a specific law, but as long as you don't bring it in your hand luggage, you’ll be fine. One time, I brought about 10 bottles.
