We have have a regular that has a big mixed dog that literally SCREAMS. At first we thought it was a kid screaming in the back seat and she would always apologize saying it’s her dog. 😂 It always takes us by surprise.
the only time it becomes a nuisance is when people ask for it last minute. it helps us when you ask for a pup cup when placing your whole order. for cafes, ask for it at the register & for drive, ask for it at the speaker so we can get the sticker & not have to stop production for it. other than that we love seeing the doggos :’)
I go to this drive through only Starbucks but there’s a pickup window for mobile orders. I see people actually ordering from that walk up window too.
If I could get the pup cup through the app it might help.
But I see now based on the replies that some may take advantage of it.
I can already see the chaos on tiktok. Its cancer when customers come in and expect us to know the drinks. I like when they pull up a recipe for me tho, and its the difference between me being pissed at the drink, and me being happy to make it some days.
It's SO annoying when someone asks me to make a drink with zero instructions on what it is. Somebody held a phone to me for a "luffy" drink and I was like 😐 wtf is that
I can't believe people think you're going to know their weird random TikTok drink. They call it "hidden menu" all the time and I'm like ... Umm... It's not a menu, Sbux didn't come up with that recipe, it came from some internet random and people shared it on FB or Twitter or TikTok. It's not on a Starbucks menu, hidden or otherwise. I'm only a customer and I never, ever expect them to know something that is not explicitly on the menu and able to be selected by name in the mobile app.
I decided to order one of those creations the other day, people called it the "It" drink or something. I just asked for the venti vanilla bean cream frap with strawberry puree on the bottom of the cup, up the sides, and a little on the top of the whip. And I still felt like a friggin idiot 🤣. I can't imagine just going up to the drive thru speaker and being like "yah I want a venti of that IT frap thing". And then get mad when they don't know what you mean. But I know people have, because some people have nothing if not the audacity. I saw it in retail but in food service, it's like they knock it up a notch. 🤯 People can get weird about food anyway but semi-bougie coffees bring out the real crazies lol.
As much as its the people not really giving a shit or researching, its also the fucking creators who just want to clickbait and send out content. They are the ones who spread it out there in the first place and usually dont guide people to actually show the people what to ask
i feel it. it would really help both partners and customers if they made pup cups and water cups available on mobiles. until then, ordering at the window would be the only option. but i would also suggest adding “add pup cup” to the end of your name on the app. it would show on the sticker and let baristas know you want a pup cup with your order!
*This can be a hit or miss depending who’s on bar*
... water with half and half? What the what. Why would someone want that? 😳 I guess it could come out like a watery milk maybe...? That seems optimistic though.
🤮
I’ve seen people change the name to “pup cup please!” Or “venti ice water please!” So when the mobile prints out I know to also get it with the order. Not sure if everyone would notice though!
Every time I've tried to order it at the speaker, they tell me to just ask for it at the window. So should I just ask for it both at the speaker and the window?
There used to not be a button on the POS for it, so asking for it at the speaker did nothing and it was better to ask for it at the window. With a new update, there is now a button on the POS for it, so you can ask for it at the speaker!
One time I asked for a pup cup with order at drive-thru (wasn’t busy!), and the barista sort of snapped to ask for it at window so that’s what I’ve always done. Didn’t bother me, just trying to not inconvenience someone over a free thing for the dog.
it may be because there didn't used to be a button for pup cups ! before if you asked for a pup cup at the speaker we couldn't really do anything about it other than tell the window that at some point there will be a pup cup. not sure why she snapped at you as if you would know that, but this could be why! now there's a button for it so it is acceptable to ask at the speaker :)
If they snapped at you over a pup cup with no customers up, then its probably more about their own mood problems than yours. I mean I can understand if you were being obnoxious, but I am sure you just asked and they changed up their tone
Ewww I’m sorry you had to go through that. I hate when co workers snap and can’t keep calm. So irritating to hear. I’m from a high volume store and I still keep calm, I would’ve happily gave it to you! Those are fun to whip up🤗🐶
WHIP up. And honestly it’s fine. I’ve been in the service industry for a long time. I don’t like snapping of course but I just took it to mean to never ask for the pupcup while ordering my bev lol. My heart goes out to Starbucks partners, part of why I love this subreddit so much!
Ask for it at the speaker so all the baristas know to come worship your fur children.
One time the pup cup was for a little kid. I felt guilty for being disappointed lol.
I have a Mastiff/Great Dane mix. He's a big boy & part of the fun of a pup cup is watching him try to get it all out. It's a very rare treat, usually after vet appointments.
Careful with your kitties. The heavy cream and vanilla in the whip is unhealthy for them. I know its onviously a treat to get pup cups, but just pointing it out there for people who read the comment and wanna give their cat a treat... let em know that the kitty gonna have interesting diarreah
Nah. The only time I would consider them a "nuisance" is when people order a pup cup...with a spoon. You're not fooling anyone...you don't even have a dog in the car. LOL
Hahaha I had a regular like this who’d always order a cup “for her dog” but she’d barely get out the door before she stuck her face in it, ate all the WC, then throw it away. Made me giggle a bit
Lol, true. I order from an exterior starbucks that’s a drive through. But I mobile order and go to the window.
So when I get my order, my boy is with me and I ask for a pup cup.
i’ve had people order them with chocolate drizzle…. and i’m like before that happens i need to confirm this is not for ur actual dog right? idgaf if it’s for u …. just plz don’t kill the dog
i never had the opportunity to deliver a pup cup to a pup, but i s2g, i could be in the middle of open heart surgery and if someone asked "do you want to do something that directly involves you witnessing a dog and perhaps even getting to pet it?" i would drop the scalpel to go see that dog. it could never be a nuisance. show me all of your dogs.
My dog loses her mind when we pull into Starbucks, will bark as I’m trying to place the order, and happily hangs out the window so staff can see her. I’m glad that you all enjoy handing out pup cups as much as my dog enjoys getting them.
What is in a pup cup? And do they come free with purchase of a regular beverage? I feel like my cat would like it lol… she likes ice cream and other random sweets. 😻😻
not at all! it can be a bit annoying if its ordered last minute though so just try to order it at the speaker if you can :) (if you forget and order last minute no worries it happens, just a suggestion to help the baristas!)
i love seeing the dogs. but having one of my own, i don’t fill the whole cup with whipped cream. was i told to? yeah. but i don’t want to give a dog a lot of whipped cream even if it’s a tiny cup. i tend to fill it half way ish? and pass it to them. it’s free so does it matter if it’s filled all the way? not to me.
My pit was fine with a full cup, but I’m fostering two chihuahuas and they definitely don’t need a full cup. They’re itty bitty dogs! They do love them, though.
To be clear, as someone else said - the nuisance is in the last minute requests. Order it with your order and it’s not a big deal. Keeps us in production.
IMO yes… Some dogs are actually allergic to dairy and it can hurt their little stomachs :( I’ve seen this happen with a friend who disregarded their dogs obvious health issues because the dog “loved pup cups”. I mean of course it does it’s processed sugar. It seems to be more about the owner than the dog in most cases, because people like to “be seen” spoiling their dog cause it’s fun, lighthearted, and earns social favor(oddly enough), but sometimes at the cost of the puppy. Do what you want, that’s just my two cents
I'm a dedicated closer, and during the close shifts, the culture is that bar makes a pup cup when the ticket comes through for it. On mids, though, bar will throw away a pup cup ticket and the person in DTO is expected to make the pup cup. Not having a unified code throughout the shifts makes pup cups a hassle for me personally, but that's not the customer's fault at all
Shift.
Nothing is a nuisance if you do it at the order box. If I take your payment and give you all your stuff, say goodbye.
You turn around and ask for a pup cup.
Like I could've had it ready for you with a napkin.
I love seeing the dogs and the puppies.
Pup cups have a button on the computer.
Please I beg of you don’t give your animals pup cups! Vanilla and milk are bad for your dog! Especially the vanilla, it is toxic for dogs and some dogs have an allergy to it causing distress and them feel ichy and scratch themselves.
Cats aren’t allergic to vanilla and can consume vanilla but the milk is bad for them!
Please don’t give your pups and cats something that could give them irritated tummies ;3;
Ya I don’t give him one everyday, maybe once every two weeks.
But custom “coffees” with multiple pumps of sugar are bad for humans too.
I guess what I’m asking is, should I not bother the store for one? Do you guys get annoyed by the request?
Usually people like seeing the dog in the drive through.
As long as you aren’t going to bring your dog into the store no one cares.
But yeah, it’s absolute shit for your dog. Stop feeding your dog crap.
You are a human and can make choices about what you eat. If you want to eat garbage that is your choice. Your dog depends on you to make good choices for him because he is a dog. It is not the same.
Given a choice, most dogs will literally eat their own poo, you serious? It’s a tiny cup, it will barely do anything unless the dog is also tiny. You must be fun at parties.
Why take the risk? I couldn't imagine putting my own dog's comfort and health at risk, at all, just for my own entertainment. Which is what this is about. Owners think it's cute and fun to give their dogs Starbucks. The dogs don't care. They'd be just as happy eating a treat made for dogs.
People have been giving their dogs pup cups long before tik tok. Giving your dog one every once in a while is fine. I dont find it enjoyable to give my dog a pup cup, it’s disgusting and i usually make him wait until we get home to eat it.
It's a nuisance because it's terrible for your dog. Every two weeks is way, WAY, too often.
I mean this in the kindest way possible, please stop doing this. Your dog does not need whipped cream. They will not miss it. If you want to give them a treat, give them a treat made for dogs.
Every time I made one I felt so bad for the dog. Dairy should never be fed to animals it’s horrible for them. It really technically shouldn’t be consumed by humans we basically forced ourselves to evolve to tolerate it. I just worry for their little tummies.
I only feel bad ordering pup cups because I order them for my 3 year old brother, so no fur babies, just a rat that will lick straight whipped cream out of a cup
I’m so glad you asked this because I always feel like a burden when I request one! Now I know my little pup is actually a highlight. Thank you, and yea, I will order at the speaker!
pup cups aren’t a nuisance, since they’re just whipped cream in a sample cup!
i will say though, especially if the store is busy, it really helps to order it at the order window instead of at the payment window, so the barista(s) making drinks can know that you want one as they’re working on other drinks :)
it’s not a nuisance but if you know you have a hyperactive dog that you can’t control & let it ride with you in the driver’s seat.. please don’t be one of those.🥲
This may have already been said but the only time I don’t appreciate it (for a whole 0.2 seconds) is when they interrupt me at mobile pickup and I have to stop sequencing orders to get it. Same as water.
why is everyone saying it’s a nuisance if a person orders it for themselves and not a dog?? as a barista, i couldn’t care less who you’re getting it for. it takes 2 seconds to make and it’s just whipped cream…
For me it depends what position i am in and where/when they order it. For example if they order drinks and food at the box but then last minute at the window they ask for a pup cup and its morning(so times matter) and there r drinks after theirs. That would be yes for me
If it’s for someone’s child yes, bc that’s not the purpose of a pup cup. However if you are getting your kid a pup cup after they asked for a frappe 100% you are getting that pup cup for them bc you just saved me the most excruciating 15-20ish seconds of my life
I freaking love this sub. No, pup cups are not a nuisance. They take two seconds to make and the dog's excitement over them make it even more worth it.
My store is always exploding with people at both the DT and the cafe and we get pup cups on both, we've never had a problem handing them out.
When I was a barista, you had to pay a fine of me squealing over your pet. I don't make the rules.
Nah I didn't mind at all. It was like anything else: I cared if you were mean to me but other than that? I will give you anything lol
They arent unless you are just ordering them for free whip and its obvious. Otherwise, I dont mind giving 3 pup cups to a cute doggo, and waiting for you to show me pictures
In my opinion, pup cups are only a nuisance if you ask for them at the window instead of the order box (with exceptions given to mobile orders, but still)
Not really, just try to order it with your whole order rather than adding it last minute. Baristas love seeing fur babies, so please show us them if you can ^_^
ABSOLUTELY NOT
if anything I take extra time making the cup look nice with a paw print & making the whip cream look pretty :) i love spoiling all the pups
Never! But ask for it at the speaker box just in case it’s super busy! We love pups! It gives us a second to all run to the window and admire your furfriend!
Not in the slightest. I will drop whatever I'm doingnor even tell the next customer at the speaker to please wait a moment- just so I can spoil a puppy🥺
Just ask us at the register not made making somebody else to drink right hand off. Register not a problem ask me anywhere else and it’s a nuisance especially if it’s really busy and people order their TikTok drinks
I always have time for a pup cup
I always try to give the barista in the drive tru a peek of my dogs happy lil snoot as payment haha
We take our pug to DQ out here in AZ and they give us our order for free .
What about a trenta pup cup, no ice, with extra drizzle, and extra whip?
wtf no
Expessally if it super cute dog if your just getting pup cup for yourself it waste my time (expessally when I give you pup cup you say where my spoon)
*drives up* Barista: welcome to Starbucks- My frenchie: *screams*
I love hearing dogs make weird noises or growl over the headset it's the funniest thing because I can't see them (if im not working dt)
We have have a regular that has a big mixed dog that literally SCREAMS. At first we thought it was a kid screaming in the back seat and she would always apologize saying it’s her dog. 😂 It always takes us by surprise.
The barista thought it was me, the human screaming too 😂
I heard that just from reading it. 😂
i hace a regular pug who comes in the morning and she will scream (i call it her singing) and it’s the best part of my day
the only time it becomes a nuisance is when people ask for it last minute. it helps us when you ask for a pup cup when placing your whole order. for cafes, ask for it at the register & for drive, ask for it at the speaker so we can get the sticker & not have to stop production for it. other than that we love seeing the doggos :’)

why cant they order the water at the speaker? “hi i have a mobile for ____, can i also get a large water
Nonoono.. if they allowed water and pup cups on mobile, all hell would break loose.
Hard agree, unless they're not customizable (beyond ice for water). Someone commented (diff post) they made a water with breve in it once
... water with half and half? What the what. Why would someone want that? 😳 I guess it could come out like a watery milk maybe...? That seems optimistic though. 🤮
Yeah I could tell ya, sounds not great though!
I’ve seen people change the name to “pup cup please!” Or “venti ice water please!” So when the mobile prints out I know to also get it with the order. Not sure if everyone would notice though!

My store used to sell them as a short cup add whip
Good to know. Thanks!
One time I asked for a pup cup with order at drive-thru (wasn’t busy!), and the barista sort of snapped to ask for it at window so that’s what I’ve always done. Didn’t bother me, just trying to not inconvenience someone over a free thing for the dog.
That's odd. It's much easier when people order pup cups with the rest of their order, idk why she snapped at you for doing the easier thing for us
Maybe it was a one off thing that I made into a bigger thing! I’ll experiment on a future trip and see lol
it may be because there didn't used to be a button for pup cups ! before if you asked for a pup cup at the speaker we couldn't really do anything about it other than tell the window that at some point there will be a pup cup. not sure why she snapped at you as if you would know that, but this could be why! now there's a button for it so it is acceptable to ask at the speaker :)

Ask for it at the speaker so all the baristas know to come worship your fur children. One time the pup cup was for a little kid. I felt guilty for being disappointed lol.
This made me lol as that would have been my reaction too 😏
Certified bruh moment🤣
Only when they refuse the small cup and demand it in a tall cup because *hes too big for that*

I have a Mastiff/Great Dane mix. He's a big boy & part of the fun of a pup cup is watching him try to get it all out. It's a very rare treat, usually after vet appointments.
Definitely not, all we as baristas do is put whip cream in a tiny cup.
Definitely not, especially if I can freak out over all the cute doggos
i don’t think so i actually get excited because i get to see a dog (or cat. i’ve seen a kitty stuff his face in one).
My cat LOVES them- like kitty crack.
LOL

Lol, true. I order from an exterior starbucks that’s a drive through. But I mobile order and go to the window. So when I get my order, my boy is with me and I ask for a pup cup.
Keep doing it! We love seeing good boys and girls! It's the highlight of my day!
i’ve had people order them with chocolate drizzle…. and i’m like before that happens i need to confirm this is not for ur actual dog right? idgaf if it’s for u …. just plz don’t kill the dog
If you ask for it in the line, no. If it's a busy weekend, we're insanely backed up, and you come to the handoff counter and ask for one, yes.
We had a 4 partner play this morning. I was solo on bar with 20-30+ drinks lined up at any time. People still asked for pup cups. Read the room, man.
Same with water. Like if you really need it I get it, but most people can wait in line or just get it somewhere else
Nope. Takes two seconds and the prospect of seeing an animal of any sort instantly fills my partners with joy.
Only if I don't get to tell the dog he's a good boy.
i never had the opportunity to deliver a pup cup to a pup, but i s2g, i could be in the middle of open heart surgery and if someone asked "do you want to do something that directly involves you witnessing a dog and perhaps even getting to pet it?" i would drop the scalpel to go see that dog. it could never be a nuisance. show me all of your dogs.

Nope just don’t forget to bring your dog for the dog tax
Imo no, they are the easiest thing to make ever and they make doggos happy 🥺🥺🥺
Order it at the speaker
No but there’s this lady that orders 4 every time she comes. It gets tedious Edit: oh and with a cup holder lmao
It’s best when you order at the speaker because then we have time to tell everyone that a doggo is coming haha :)
The only time I see it a nuisance is if a customer ask for pup cups just to eat the whips themselves knowing they have no pets. Outside of that, no.
No. But please if you can, ask at the register so baristas making drinks know you want one and their sequencing is not interrupted
Is your friend a dog?
Only for the people that have to make whips
What is in a pup cup? And do they come free with purchase of a regular beverage? I feel like my cat would like it lol… she likes ice cream and other random sweets. 😻😻
its a free small cup of whip cream people usually order for their pets
not at all! it can be a bit annoying if its ordered last minute though so just try to order it at the speaker if you can :) (if you forget and order last minute no worries it happens, just a suggestion to help the baristas!)
i'm so surprised by these comments 💀
As long as I get payment in the form of visual dog face I am all for it 😌
NO, most emphatically no. Seeing excited pups anticipating that little cup of whip is my favorite part of the job, no contest.
i love seeing the dogs. but having one of my own, i don’t fill the whole cup with whipped cream. was i told to? yeah. but i don’t want to give a dog a lot of whipped cream even if it’s a tiny cup. i tend to fill it half way ish? and pass it to them. it’s free so does it matter if it’s filled all the way? not to me.

I have a dog and two cats so I like to have enough for all to share lol
You're already inconveniencing people by being there, just get the pup cup
Yes. 100% nuisance.

putting whipped cream and nothing else in a cup is actually extremely good for my mental health

For dogs, no. For humans, yes.
Only when it’s obvious that no pup is involved
If you have your pup with you, never. Otherwise, yea
nEVER. dogs are my favorite customers
i LOVE giving pupcups, when I see a cute dog getting a treat it literally heals me during a rough shift
Only when you ask at the window
I love giving out pup cups just ask while ordering!
I’m an ex barista, it’s only annoying if it’s not for a pup. Teenage girls getting pup cups made me so irritated.
I could be 100 Frappuccino‘s deep in the hottest day of summer and I would stop everything for a pup cup
No especially if i get to pet the dog
no, because there is a pup, and they are pure souls that dont yell at you to hurry up, they wait patiently for their pup cup. they deserve it.
Absolutely not. Sometimes, it’s the highlight of my day.
I could be 92 drinks deep in cold bar and NEVER be too busy for a pup cup
No! Anything for the doggos that make my life worth living.
Where I live they’re called “Puppacinos.” Whatever you call them, I always order one at the speaker.
Please I beg of you don’t give your animals pup cups! Vanilla and milk are bad for your dog! Idk why you're being downvoted, you're absolutely right
People don’t like being called out when they feed their dogs free shit for TikTok videos 🤷♀️
People have been giving their dogs pup cups long before tik tok. Giving your dog one every once in a while is fine. I dont find it enjoyable to give my dog a pup cup, it’s disgusting and i usually make him wait until we get home to eat it.
There is so much that is made for dogs that is bad for them. You know that, right? Are you a person who makes raw or fresh/homemade food for your dog?
It's a nuisance because it's terrible for your dog. Every two weeks is way, WAY, too often. I mean this in the kindest way possible, please stop doing this. Your dog does not need whipped cream. They will not miss it. If you want to give them a treat, give them a treat made for dogs.
no pls bring your pups
Every time I made one I felt so bad for the dog. Dairy should never be fed to animals it’s horrible for them. It really technically shouldn’t be consumed by humans we basically forced ourselves to evolve to tolerate it. I just worry for their little tummies.
No, seeing dogs was the most joy I got from the job
I only feel bad ordering pup cups because I order them for my 3 year old brother, so no fur babies, just a rat that will lick straight whipped cream out of a cup
I’m so glad you asked this because I always feel like a burden when I request one! Now I know my little pup is actually a highlight. Thank you, and yea, I will order at the speaker!
No. Never. I love seeing all the sweet fur babies (and sometimes human babies, I don’t judge)
NO. Lemme see your pups believe me I will bend over BACKWARDS for a pup cup I get so tired of serving people
Pup cups are my favorite drink to make.
I don’t ever ask for them; I come up to the window and they see my dogs and just offer. If they don’t, I don’t ask.
I don’t mind personally. They take 30 seconds and I find them fun to make
pup cups aren’t a nuisance, since they’re just whipped cream in a sample cup! i will say though, especially if the store is busy, it really helps to order it at the order window instead of at the payment window, so the barista(s) making drinks can know that you want one as they’re working on other drinks :)
Dogs are pretty much the only highlight of my day at work most of the time so lol no not a nuisance
it’s not a nuisance but if you know you have a hyperactive dog that you can’t control & let it ride with you in the driver’s seat.. please don’t be one of those.🥲
This may have already been said but the only time I don’t appreciate it (for a whole 0.2 seconds) is when they interrupt me at mobile pickup and I have to stop sequencing orders to get it. Same as water.
why is everyone saying it’s a nuisance if a person orders it for themselves and not a dog?? as a barista, i couldn’t care less who you’re getting it for. it takes 2 seconds to make and it’s just whipped cream…
Always time for a pup cup. Always.
Pup cups make my day regardless on how busy we are ☺️
putting whipped cream and nothing else in a cup is actually extremely good for my mental health

I had a golden retriever in the back of the car take it out of my hand and I swear he tried to bite my whole hand off. 10/10 would do it again.
Pup cups are my favorite part of the day! Please keep ordering them 🥺 Dogs make many baristas days better!
NO THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT
I love pup cups hahaha I prefer our doggy customers over humans hahahaha
As long as you have your dog and don’t ask for more then 2 we’re always happy to make them! They take less then a second
Giving pups their first pup cup (or their 500th) is the absolute best part of my job and it will never be a nuance
Pets in the drive thru were the only things keeping most of us sane. Please get your pup cups
Pup cups make my shift so much better Edit: but order it with your drink so it’s already ready when you get to the window 😊
i call them puppy cups and get so sad when other ppl do them before i can grab the ticket 😭 I ALWAYS OFFER PUPPY CUPS
No.
no way!! i love giving out pup cups! it’s only a nuisance if you’re ALREADY being a difficult customer and then add that onto it
Yes and no
For me it depends what position i am in and where/when they order it. For example if they order drinks and food at the box but then last minute at the window they ask for a pup cup and its morning(so times matter) and there r drinks after theirs. That would be yes for me
Only if you add a ton at window and not the box 🙂🙂 anytime after 11am is great for pupcups
Never, I'll even ask the customers if the pup wants a cup 😭💖
Not in my store
Seeing puppies always makes my shift a little better
If it’s for someone’s child yes, bc that’s not the purpose of a pup cup. However if you are getting your kid a pup cup after they asked for a frappe 100% you are getting that pup cup for them bc you just saved me the most excruciating 15-20ish seconds of my life
I get them for my kids and always ask if it’s ok for me to get them for them it’s never been a problem 😂 kids like them too
I freaking love this sub.
Better thb ice water
If it’s like a pup cup for a kid yeah cause like that’s weird but I would rather serve a pup their rightfully earned cup (can be any animal really 💀)
ABSOLUTELY NOT NEVER EVER EVER
Nahh just gets a lil annoying when ppl ask for them at the window when we want low times. I recommend asking for it at the speaker box!
Absolutely not
They arent unless you are just ordering them for free whip and its obvious. Otherwise, I dont mind giving 3 pup cups to a cute doggo, and waiting for you to show me pictures
No they aren't, but it is better to order them while you're going if it's in the store
Never.
No
I tell my customers that we prefer the dog. But the dog doesn't have money. Free cheese for the dog. The owner has to pay. This is not at a Starbucks.
Not in the slightest
In my opinion, pup cups are only a nuisance if you ask for them at the window instead of the order box (with exceptions given to mobile orders, but still)
Not for me ☺️
pup cups were always the highlight of my shift. hands down
when asked for at the widow; sometimes, yes.
Aww never
Never a nuisance!! I will pause drive for a puppy!!
I cackling cause i can’t be the only one that gets pup cups for my kids ? 😂
Not really, just try to order it with your whole order rather than adding it last minute. Baristas love seeing fur babies, so please show us them if you can ^_^
ABSOLUTELY NOT if anything I take extra time making the cup look nice with a paw print & making the whip cream look pretty :) i love spoiling all the pups
Never.
not at all, takes about 10 seconds to grab and its worth it to see the cute dogs enjoy them >:)
No it’s not, I always ask customers if they want a pup cup when I see them in the drive thru! The little doggos always make my day :)
Not at all!! However we definitely are gonna ask about your dog if we aren’t busy. Pictures HIGHLY encouraged.
I love giving pup cups to customers with puppies (bonus points if they let me give it to them (I double wash my hands afterwards as well))
Not unless u let me see the dog
They take less than 3 seconds to make :) I always have time to grab one
Only when it’s for human middle school kids who know they can get it for free and show up after school with 40 friends 🤣
No!
Drive thru no, if you're asking me at the bar in my cafe only store, then yes I do hate making them for you
not at all !! & i love seeing the doggos !
Our baristas always appreciate getting to pet the pup in exchange for the pup cup, I hope it brightens their day as much as it brightens ours!
Never! But ask for it at the speaker box just in case it’s super busy! We love pups! It gives us a second to all run to the window and admire your furfriend!
Only good doggies get pup cups. Naughty doggies get to stay healthy
NEVER, also it could be super busy, I always drop what I’m doing to take a sneak peak of the doggo
