The mantras in the comment I'm replying to will also help a lot as you're doing breathing exercises.
Breathing exercises are considered a path of yoga, it's a very spiritual thing.
I do a 4-7-8-1 pattern: breathe all the way in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8, exhaling all the breath out, let your lungs settle for a second, and then continue until you feel some relaxation, some relief.

Going for a walk in the woods or a bike ride, skateboard, working on my serve are all things that help me when I'm feeling like you do now, as well as getting out of my head and more into my body, follow your spirit not your thoughts, till the turbulence fades.
Whenever u have a panic attack apply a very cold surface onto the side of your cheeks. I like to use an asthma inhaler (the metal part) or a jam jar. Anything cold basically. This will kick the body out of fight or flight and start it releasing calming hormones into your blood stream by stimulating the vagus nerve.
Seriously, this method has changed my life. And so simple
