Nope, but you could have flipped it a bit more often for a more even crust. Otherwise, clearly cooked to the right temperature and the thermometer helped.
Okay I did the angle grate line thing and then felt they needed more heat? I initially cooked over high charcoal heat to sear, eventually moved them the outer side of that makes sense to cook thru. Can you give me some advice on how I can do better next time? Thank you!! 🥰
