Ok, so im not too great at cooking, but I'll try Ingredients: Rice, rice vinegar, sugar, dried seaweed, and any sushi additions. To start, mix your rice, rice vinegar, and sugar, and pressure cook the mixture for around 20 minutes(?) Then, when that is done, lay down your seaweed, place a layer of sushi rice over it, add your ingredients, and roll the seaweed all the way around. Then, cut resulting dish into small pieces and you have sushi! (Warning: there are better and more precise recipes out there.)

I got this recipe from a Chinese friend of mine. I cooked it three times and it was always insanely delicious: 1. you chop the pork belly into dices, and put them into a pot with COLD water spring onion some ginger and a bit of rice wine and start to boil it gently until the blood comes out after like 10 mins 2. after boiling, you filter the blood out keep the pork belly and also keep some of the broth. 3. wash the pot or take a new one, add oil into it and make some caramel 4. after the caramel is made in the new pot, add some bay leaf, anise, some small piece of cinnamon stick to get the flavour out of these spices, and add the pork belly in 5. add back the broth and use either dark soy sauce or fermented tofu into the broth and just let it stew for 1h30-2h to condense the broth 6. 20 min before serving adding some sugar to balance the taste

Lemon Rice Soup (in a crock pot): It's great for winter or when you're sick, with a good deal of protein and vitamin C (I tend to add a good bit more lemon juice than here lol). * ▢ 6 cups low sodium vegetable broth * ▢ 1 cup white long grain rice * ▢ 3 fresh thyme sprigs * ▢ 3 egg yolks * ▢ 2 lemons, , juiced (about 1/4-cup juice) * ▢ 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk * ▢ salt and fresh ground pepper, , to taste Instructions * Place vegetable broth, rice, and thyme sprigs in the crock pot. * Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or on LOW for 6 hours. * In a mixing bowl, combine egg yolks and lemon juice; whisk until combined. * Remove thyme sprigs from soup. * Ladle 1 cup of the soup into the egg-yolk mixture; whisk vigorously until well combined. **Make sure to whisk it very well, otherwise the eggs will cook and you will end up with scrambled eggs, instead.** * Whisk the egg-yolk mixture into the crock pot; close and continue to cook for 10 minutes. * Remove lid and turn off the crock pot. * Stir in the heavy cream or milk. * Season with salt and pepper.

It must be couscous. In my city it is done in a monstrous way by adding tomatoes, sardines, boiled eggs, olives, corn, pepper, seafoods and then glaceed as it if were a savory gelatin.

I came up with Mini Smore Pie recently! I get a Kebbler Elf mini pie crust, and put a marshmellow in the middle surrounded by chocolate chips or chocolate bar bites. And put in the oven on 375F for 9 to 12 minutes, it's really good! Thanks for the opportunity!

Biscuits and gravy! (American food - if you're from the US, you'll know.) So simple and so good. You can get a can of biscuits from the store (or you can make homemade - not going to bother sharing the recipe for that). Bake them in the oven until done (again, separate recipe, or whatever the can says.) For gravy: Get 1 lb of breakfast sausage, cook in a large / deep skillet until it's all crumbled and browned Should be quite a lot of grease in the pan - try to drain it towards one side of the pan (as much as possible). Turn the heat down to low-medium Put in enough flour until the grease is all dried up. It helps to add some flour to the crumbled sausage too and stir that around until everything is essentially dry (no parts look greasy) Add milk, about 1/2 gallon or so. Stir everything up really well. Add a bunch of crushed black pepper. Add some salt (to taste - but initially 2-3 teaspoons is probably a decent start) Keep stirring slowly/constantly over the low-medium heat. You can turn the heat up to regular medium if you want (after the milk has been in the pan for a few minutes). Just keep stirring regularly. As it all gets sort of close to the boiling point it'll start to thicken a bunch. Don't let it ever get to a full boil, a low simmer is the most you'd want (so that's why it's good not to turn the heat up too fast). If it starts to bubble a little bit, turn the heat down a bit - never let it bubble a lot. Keep stirring until it seems to have hit maximum thickness. If it's too thick (i.e. if you want a runnier gravy), just add more milk and stir again until it's come to the same low-simmer heat level. Add salt to taste. When it's done, either put your biscuit in halves on your plate, or crumble it up a bit on your plate. Pour gravy on top of it until it's pretty well drenched. You can always add more crushed black pepper to it at this point if you want. That's it! It's delicious! It's my favorite because it's like "soul food". Grew up with it as the best breakfast at my parents' house, at my grandparents' house, etc. Very filling, very tasty, all around great.

gamers_gamers

[I have used this recipe a few times for some pretty damn good cheese biscuits.](https://www.spendwithpennies.com/red-lobster-cheddar-bay-biscuits/). They go great with seafood, which makes sense given they're copying the Cheddar Bay Biscuits from the recently-bankrupt Red Lobster. They're just very tasty overall

SPANISH CATALONIAN OMELETTE Easy to prepare Portion for 4 people Ingredients: 1 white onion, 4 potatoes, 6 eggs, 120ml of olive oil, salt Cut the onion into slices laterally so to obtain thin rings and cook them a bit in olive oil (I though make a variation using butter at first). Cut the 4 potatoes into thin slices and mix these with the onions adding more olive oil adding a bit of salt. Meanwhile get a bowl and mix up the 6 eggs (you can add a bit of white pepper) and then stir inside the bowl the cooked onion and potatoes and mix these well. Then put the whole contents on a pan (best if you have those pans where you can turn around the contents like when cooking pancakes although I use two matching in size pans, using first the one a bit smaller for the first cooking). Cook for 5-6 minutes (if using induction use 8-9 heat) and then turn the contents (turn it swiftly into the second slightly bigger pan) and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Get a spatula and put the omelette on a dish with kitchen paper to absorb the oil. This recipe is very easy and an ideal second dish. I sometimes add also some courgettes and peperoni too as a variant as well as add some parmesan. Enjoy!

I'm in, thanks for the opportunity! Here’s a delicious recipe for Pasta Ai Quattro Formaggi, a creamy four-cheese pasta that’s sure to satisfy your cheese cravings: **Ingredients:** * 1 lb. penne pasta * 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream * 1 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled * 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated * 1 cup Fontina cheese, grated * 1/2 cup Asiago cheese, grated * 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil * 1-2 large garlic cloves, minced * A dash of ground nutmeg * Freshly cracked black pepper and sea salt to taste * 4 tbsp Italian parsley, minced **Instructions:** 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. 2. While the pasta is cooking, heat a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the olive oil and minced garlic, sautéing for about 2 minutes until fragrant. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and add all the cheeses to the saucepan. Stir gently and allow the cheeses to melt into a smooth sauce. Be careful not to overheat, as this can cause the sauce to break. 4. Season the sauce with nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste. 5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the saucepan with the cheese sauce. Mix well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated. 6. If the sauce is too thick, add a ladleful of the pasta cooking water to reach your desired consistency. 7. Taste and adjust the seasoning or cheese proportions according to your preference. 8. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with minced Italian parsley. Enjoy your Pasta Ai Quattro Formaggi! This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but you can refrigerate leftovers and reheat with a bit more cream or cheese to restore creaminess. Bon appétit! 🍝 Best luck, everyone!

I love Lazagna, but usually dislike the ones with a heavy tomato taste. There's a recipe that is more cheesy, with white sauce, that makes them much more delicious imo: # Ingredients **For the minced meat:** * 2-3 tbsp olive oil * 1 onion * 1 celery stick * 1 carrot * 2 cloves garlic * 1 tbsp rosemary * 1 tbsp thyme * 500 g ground beef * 70 g tomato paste * 250 g red wine * 1 chicken stock cube * Salt * Pepper * 400 g canned tomatoes * 500 g water * 1/2 bunch parsley * 1/2 bunch basil **For the béchamel:** * 120 g butter * 80 g all-purpose flour * 1 liter whole milk * 1 pinch ground nutmeg * Salt * Pepper * 50 g grated Parmesan (or a sweeter cheese of your choice) **For the assembly:** * 1-2 tbsp olive oil * 500 g lasagna sheets * 250 g grated Parmesan (i prefer to use mozarella slices on top or between the lazagna sheets) **For serving:** * Pepper * 1 tsp olive oil * Thyme * Basil For the Minced Meat Place a wok over high heat and add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil. Coarsely chop the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic, and add to the wok. Add rosemary and thyme, and sauté. Add the ground beef and sauté for 3-4 minutes until it gets some color and caramelizes. Next, add the tomato paste and sauté to eliminate its bitter taste. Add the wine, and once it evaporates, add the stock cube, salt, pepper, canned tomatoes, water, and stir. Cover with a lid, reduce to medium heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, add the finely chopped parsley and basil, and stir. Set aside. For the Béchamel (p.s. you don't need bechamel. In fact, i prefer them without it. You can use milk or white sauce instead, which is a far better fit imo) Place a pot over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the flour and stir with a whisk until it absorbs all the butter. Add the milk in 7-8 portions, stirring continuously with the whisk. Once the béchamel thickens, add nutmeg, salt, pepper, and stir. Once it starts boiling, remove from heat, add the Parmesan, and stir. For the Assembly Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with the fan on. Spread the olive oil in a 36x28 cm baking dish and lay a layer of lasagna sheets to cover the bottom. Spread 1/3 of the minced meat, 1/4 of the béchamel, 1/4 of the Parmesan, and cover with another layer of lasagna sheets. Repeat the same process two more times. Spread the remaining 1/4 of the béchamel and the remaining cheese on top of the lasagna. Cover with parchment paper and aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool for 30 minutes and serve with pepper, olive oil, thyme, and basil.

Bucket-Slayer

here's how to make bechamel sauce. first make a pasta of your choice, could be any shape you want melt 40 grams (1.4 ounces) of butter into a pot (i prefer to use the pot i cooked the pasta in while the pasta waits in the strainer) 6 spoons of flour (white, all purpose) mix it around a little bit gradually add 3 cups of milk and stir until its thick with a whisk make sure to get rid of lumps add a minimum of 100 grams of cheese that can melt (like mozzarella, galil, cheddar, ETC) add your pasta, mix and serve the reason why i love this recipe is because it can feed me for DAYS. literal days. i could come home and be really tired. ill go to the fridge and heat up some pasta, delicious :)

Recipe for chocolate cake: Ingredients: 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 1 cup milk (any kind you prefer) 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup boiling water Instructions: Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. You can also line the bottoms with parchment paper for easier removal. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Add Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed with a mixer for about 2 minutes until well combined. Add Boiling Water: Stir in the boiling water. The batter will be thin, but that's normal! Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool and Frost: Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on a wire rack before frosting. Frosting (Optional): You can frost this cake with your favorite chocolate frosting, cream cheese frosting, or even a simple dusting of powdered sugar. Tips: Make sure not to overmix the batter once you add the boiling water. Mix just until combined. Feel free to add chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter for added texture and flavor. This cake keeps well covered at room temperature for a few days, or you can refrigerate it for longer storage.

One my favorite would be Shakshouka, because it's a delicious, cheap, and healthy dish that will fill you up. Heres a recipe for it i found online: Ingredients: ▪︎2 cups tomatoes (diced). ▪︎1 onion (chopped). ▪︎4 cloves garlic (sliced). ▪︎2 tbsp. olive oil. ▪︎4 eggs. ▪︎1/2 tsp. Salt. ▪︎Black pepper (to taste). ▪︎1/2 tsp. Chili pepper flakes. ▪︎1/2 tsp. Paprika. ▪︎1/2 tsp. Coriander. ▪︎1/4 tsp. Cumin. ▪︎Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish). Instructions: 1. Heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and onions and cook until the onions are translucent (about 5 minutes). 2. Stir in the tomatoes and spice mixture. 3. Cover, turn heat down just a little, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes have softened and you start to get a little bit of a sauce (about 10-15 minutes). 4. Make wells for the eggs and crack eggs in. Cover and cook until eggs are poached. I recommend 2-3 minutes for a runnier egg. 5. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with pita bread.

Perfect brownies just because I fuckin love brownies: You Will Need: 10 tablespoons (145g) unsalted butter 1 ¼ cups (250g) granulated sugar 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder, spooned and leveled 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 2 large cold eggs 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled 2/3 cup (80g) chopped walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips, optional Directions PREPARE BATTER 1. Move an oven rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 325°F (162°C). Line the bottom and sides of an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on opposite sides to help remove the baked brownies from the pan. 2. Add the butter to a medium saucepan. Place over medium-low heat and cook until the butter melts completely, then turn off the heat. Stay close, and do not let it brown. 3. While the butter is hot, stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Stir well until blended. Don’t worry if the batter looks gritty. Once you add the eggs, the brownie batter will become smooth. 4. Set the saucepan aside to cool until the mixture is warm, not hot — 5 to 10 minutes. Test the temperature by touching the batter, it should be comfortable to hold without feeling hot. 5. Add the cold eggs, one at a time, stirring vigorously after each egg. 6. When the batter looks thick and well blended, add the flour. Use a spoon to beat the flour into the batter until it is very thick and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. I use a wooden spoon or spatula and beat for 40 to 50 strokes (see video for reference). 7. Stir in nuts or chocolate chips (optional). BAKE BROWNIES 1. Spread the thick brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan — it can be hard to spread because it is so thick. Do your best to push the batter to the corners and even out the top. 2. Bake the brownies until the edges look dry and the middle is slightly underbaked, 20 to 30 minutes. A toothpick plunged into the center should emerge somewhat moist with batter. As the brownies cool, they firm up but will always be moist and fudgy in the middle. 3. Cool completely before removing the brownies from the pan — this step is essential and helps the brownies set.

I'm hardly a chef but here is my recipe for peanut butter on toast. - ingredients Peanut butter (smooth spreads better. Chunky tastes better) Bread. Preferably of a size that fits in the toaster Banana (optional) Coffee (not optional. Absolutely mandatory) Step one : Take your bread and place it in the toaster. If you are a fan of the ends feel free to use them. I personally love the ends but I'm aware many do not (shocking.... I know). Step 2 : Set toaster to whatever setting. If it's like mine, the timer is broken and so you will have to turn it off manually regardless. Step 3: Put toast on plate Step 4 : Take a generous glob of peanut butter and slap it on your toast. Take a second generous glob and shove it in your mouth for... Err.... Quality control. Step 5 : if you have a banana chop it up and place it on your toast. It will probably be too big for two pieces so feel free to make 3 pieces or just eat the rest. Step 6 : make sure you make that coffee! (this is technically step 0 but comes to fruition during step 6). The water should be boiling because you absolutely didn't forget to turn on your espresso machine. If you did.... Go back to step 1 and complete this step prior to step 1 Step 7 : enjoy!

Spanish omelette is very tasty! I remember my mother cooking it whe I was a child. Ingredients 500g new potatoes 1 onion, preferably white 150ml extra-virgin olive oil 3 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley 6 eggs Scrape the new potatoes or leave the skins on, if you prefer. Cut them into thick slices. Chop the onion. Heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a large frying pan, add the potatoes and onion and stew gently, partially covered, for 30 mins, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are softened. Strain the potatoes and onion through a colander into a large bowl (set the strained oil aside). Beat the eggs separately, then stir into the potatoes with the parsley and plenty of salt and pepper. Heat a little of the strained oil in a smaller pan. Tip everything into the pan and cook on a moderate heat, using a spatula to shape the omelette into a cushion. When almost set, invert on a plate and slide back into the pan and cook a few more minutes. Invert twice more, cooking the omelette briefly each time and pressing the edges to keep the cushion shape. Slide on to a plate and cool for 10 mins before serving.

I love a good omlette. Been a fan my whole life. Can eat it anytime. The salty flavour really gets to me. I love it so much. Break the egg in a mug ,add water, wisk with salt and pepper until no white is visible, melt butter in a pan , medium-low heat, cover the whole pan in it. Add egg and let it cook until it starts to set around the edges. Then use a spatula to move the uncooked to the edge and the cooked inside. Scramble them till they are almost done and then fold. Then remove from pan and serve with whatever you want. Thanks for the giveaway.

Classic game! Thanks for the giveaway! Not a dish but here's my favorite recipe: SNICKERDOODLES (It's like a cinnamon cookie) Ingredients: -3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled) -2 teaspoons cream of tartar* -1 teaspoon baking soda -1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon -1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup (16 Tbsp; 226g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature -1 and 1/3 cup (267g) granulated sugar -1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature -2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract Topping: -1/3 cup (70g) granulated sugar -1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats (always recommended for cookies). Set aside. Make the topping: Combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Make the cookies: Whisk the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a medium bowl. In a large bowl using a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and granulated sugar together on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium-high speed until combined. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed. With the mixer running on low speed, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in 3 different parts. The dough will be thick. Roll cookie dough into balls, about 1.5 Tablespoons (35g) of cookie dough each. I recommend this cookie scoop. Roll the dough balls in cinnamon-sugar topping. Sprinkle extra cinnamon-sugar on top if desired. Arrange 3 inches apart on the baking sheets. Bake cookies for 10 minutes. The cookies will be very puffy and soft. When they are still very warm, lightly press down on them with the back of a spoon or fork to help flatten them out. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Cookies remain soft & fresh for 7 days in an airtight container at room temperature.

for me it is steak fried chicken. its a favorite of mine because my mother makes it, and it tastes great! thanks for the giveaway. Ingredients - Chicken Fried Steak: 1 1/2 cups whole milk 2 large eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons seasoned salt Freshly ground black pepper 3/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 3 pounds cube steak (tenderized round steak that's been extra tenderized) Kosher salt 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil 1 tablespoon butter Gravy: 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 3 to 4 cups whole milk 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt Freshly ground black pepper Mashed potatoes, for serving Directions For the steak: Begin with setting up an assembly line of dishes. Mix the milk with the eggs in one; the flour mixed with the seasoned salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, paprika and cayenne in another; and the meat in a third. Then have one clean plate at the end to receive the breaded meat. Work with one piece of meat at a time. Sprinkle both sides with kosher salt and black pepper, then place it in the flour mixture. Turn to coat. Place the meat into the milk/egg mixture, turning to coat. Finally, place it back in the flour and turn to coat (dry mixture/wet mixture/dry mixture). Place the breaded meat on the clean plate, then repeat with the remaining meat. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter. Drop in a few sprinkles of flour to make sure it's sufficiently hot. When the butter sizzles immediately, you know it's ready. (It should not brown right away, if it does, the fire is too hot.) Cook the meat, 3 pieces at a time, until the edges start to look golden brown, about 2 minutes each side. Remove the meat to a paper towel-lined plate and keep them warm by covering lightly with another plate or a sheet of foil. Repeat until all the meat is cooked. After all the meat is fried, pour off the grease into a heatproof bowl. Without cleaning the skillet, return it to the stove over medium-low heat. Add 1/4 cup of the grease back to the skillet and allow it to heat up. For the gravy: When the grease is hot, sprinkle the flour evenly over the grease. Using a whisk, mix the flour with the grease, creating a golden-brown paste. Add more flour if it looks overly greasy; add a little more grease if it becomes too pasty/clumpy. Keep cooking until the roux reaches a deep golden brown color. Pour in the milk, whisking constantly. Add the seasoned salt and black pepper to taste and cook, whisking, until the gravy is smooth and thick, 5 to 10 minutes. Be prepared to add more milk if it becomes overly thick. Be sure to taste to make sure gravy is sufficiently seasoned. Serve the meat next to a big side of mashed potatoes. Pour gravy over the whole shebang!

I really love Chilli Chiken its one of my favourite Indian Dishes. Here's the recipe for it. # FOR FRIED CHICKEN **Chicken -** Use boneless chicken breast chopped into small pieces. You can use boneless chicken thighs. Make sure you cut into small pieces. Chicken cooks faster when cut into small pieces also it coats well in the thick sauce when fried in small pieces. **All Purpose Flour -** plain flour creates a binding for the chilli chicken. I like to use combination for flour and cornstarch to create the coating for chicken. **Cornstarch -** cornflour or cornstarch creates helps for the crispiness. A combination of cornstarch and plain flour creates the crispy coating. # FOR CHILLI CHICKEN SAUCE **Sauces -** Tomato Ketchup, Green Chilli Sauce, Vinegar and Soy Sauce is used in chilli chicken. **Onions -** you can use chopped white part of the spring onions in the chilli chicken. **Ginger & Garlic -** use chopped ginger and garlic for the flavourings of the chilli chicken. **Chillies -** chillies is the main ingredient for making chilli chicken. it adds the spicy kick for the popular indo-chinese dish.
