Yeah. Huge milestone here that now I am just back on track with everything. Ready to let go of the wheel some more and stop gripping so hard now that I showed I can love “normal” without it. I know what I like and don’t like now. I don’t need to talk about it all the time. I got my new ways to deal with vices and am just ready to relax ands get some real sleep for the first time since high school 🤣
