I love Nina to pieces and max her friendship in every save. In saying that though, you won't really miss anything by not becoming friends with her. She tells you the marinade recipe about 500 times (bless her) but that is a simple recipe. You get to see two cutscenes if you're friends with her, but that's about it.
If you feel guilty about it, you can >!clean her grave on the 3rd and 8th of every month onward by talking to Gavin at 11am when he's visiting.!<

Only if you want to get a cutscene. I don’t think there’s anything unique with her you get that’s special or anything. There might be an item but I don’t remember it being memorable? I don’t think you need to restart. It’ll kill your progress. Keep going!
Regardless of Nina, if you're the type that plays multiple times or multiple saves, just go on. Next playthrough you'll know what and when to do to get what you want. If, like me, you only play once or twice and then get bored because you already know what's gonna happen, then restart.
This made me cry when I first played it on my switch, I was tryna continue to befriend her husband but he wouldn’t have anything to do with me at that point. 🥹

You can also clean it every other day at around 0730am
I just realized I said Gavin when I meant Gary. He was Galen in HM: AWL/AnWL so I always mix his name up LOL

The only cutscenes known are >!the turtle race!< and another one, for both you don't need a good relationship with her and both events are on fogu
Didn't know the turtle race didnt need any friendship level increases.
It's not really worth it imo.
