tbf you could ask this question for a lot of posts on r/streetwear but it'd just result in endless discussion and a dead sub, the concept 'streetwear' is just broad and dynamic and hard to define
in this case i think the person wearing it being hot increases the chance of success by a lot as well, but you could still argue that making a fit work goes beyond just the clothing items i guess
ironically i also feel like the "why is this streetwear?" question is more often asked in those cases, if this was worn by some old man it'd receive unambiguous praise
